this isnt two months after the ending.... noooooo...
-------
After Ty and Seto managed to find the city they were looking for, their lives seemed to look bright. Both boys found jobs in the small city. Seto found his at a local potion shop, working with the owner as his apprentice, and sharing knowledge. Ty had been taken in as an apprentice by the head guard; who trained him well enough for him to be the protector of the city. At this time they had no home, but the potion shop owner- who is called Nuri by the locals- was kind enough to lend them his spare room. This was how they lived for many years, about ten to be exact. Nuri, when the boys first met him, was very old. After those ten years of working and living with him, he passed of old age. On his death bed, he spoke softly with a raspy voice. He handed down the potion shop to Seto as his own with Ty, as he had no relatives in the field of magic.
After Nuri's passing, things still sailed smoothly. Liz and Minesis visited quite often, especially after Seto made them a potion of teleportation. No amount of convincing could keep the girls in the city, however. They preferred their wood home to the tall sandstone buildings and dry air of the desert city. The potion shop was quite successful, too. Most days the boys were shut inside, Ty helping Seto make the potions. Every couple of weeks, they'd journey together to find more raw and rare materials not sold at the market.
It seemed that now Seto and Ty were older, their love was stronger. Eventually, they did get married. It wasn't anything big. They went to the blacksmith's on they day they declared as their "anniversary" and requested two matching rings. They were simple, silver bands with a few runes inscribed on them. They were quite a sight, shining and beautiful. The town hall provided them with the license. The people of the city knew them well and congratulated them for the next week. A few people even gave them small gifts. One of which was given to them as a joke from another shopkeeper. It happened to be a bottle of lube; which the giver had no idea it would actually be used (not sorry ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ). It became quite evident the next day when Seto couldn't walk properly. He was lightly teased by Liz and Minesis, who had arrived just that day to stay for a while and congratulate them. Ty seemed proud of his new reputation of being the one who disabled Seto in such a way.
Everything was quiet and peaceful. Many days during the summer, Seto would teach the children small, simple spells that conjugated a shower of sparkles from their fingertips. He taught Ty a fair few more complicated spells; mainly of healing and strength. After the day of the teachings were over, Ty would embrace Seto, kissing him lightly, and sitting comfortably in the city square to watch the sunset, and the children play. When they watched the sunset, they told a few children a lighter version of their story. They never adopted children of their own, although they wanted to, they settled for helping raise the children of the city, and helping the homeless and poor.
And that was that. Seto and Ty lived peacefully in the city, selling potions and helping the citizens.
