          This night is officially one of the worst ones in the history of me living with the Sakamaki's.
                          
          Sprinting down the long hallway with only my will to survive, I try my hardest to outrun Subaru who's decided that he really wants to play a game of cat and mouse with him being the cat and me being the poor, defenseless,  mouse. All I can do is sprint for my life and try to not run into any doors that happen to randomly be closed.
                          
          This isn't fair at all.
                          
          A human against a blood sucking vampire who is obviously faster than you and has seemingly supernatural abilities is clearly an unfair advantage considering I can't do anything other than running... If I could teleport like he can then there's no telling what I might be able to get away with while living with these six vampires.
                          
          "Tsk, I never thought you would be able to run this long." Subaru's voice rang out from behind me as I ran through another set of closed doors in the hallway and slammed them shut before I continued running. I could still vaguely hear the sounds of wood splintering and then practically exploding as Subaru just breaks all the doors in his path down with his super strength.
                          
          But no matter how fast I run, he'll eventually catch up to me and so I need to hide somewhere that isn't too obvious. I ran down a couple more hallways and took some random turns here and there before I slowed my pace and then quietly slipped into a room that doesn't look very familiar to me. With my ear pressed tightly against the door, I didn't dare move until I heard Subaru walk past the room I randomly walked into.
                          
          "Why are you here?" A sleepy voice rang out into the silence from behind me, nearly giving me a heart attack. 
                          
          Slowly turning around away from the door, I soon saw that I'm actually in a music room. And there lying down on the edge of the large windowsill directly in front of me is none other than the eldest son himself. It seems that I can't truly escape anyone tonight...
                          
           "I'm here because Subaru has insisted on capturing me." I responded cooly as I made my way to go stand in a corner of the room that was furthest away from Shu. He's definitely not the most hostile of the Sakamaki's, but he's still a vampire and so I need to be cautious no matter what. Especially now more than ever since I'm in a room, alone, with him.
                          
          "How annoying." Shu sighed as he peeked out of one of his ocean blue eyes to look over to where I stand. He remained silent after that while continuing to stare at me with only one of his eyes. Something seemed to be going through his head because after some time of him watching me, the blonde eventually got up and slowly began approaching me.
                          
          At this point, well, I'm scared. I've already backed myself into a corner (obviously not the smartest thing to do) and there's no way I can scream or try to make a run for it back down one of the hallways since Subaru could be still lurking around here. Not to mention I could very well run into another one of his brothers that wouldn't even hesitate in taking advantage of me.
                          
          So in other words, no matter what I do at this point, I'll still end up right where I started.
                          
          Shu took a few more steps closer before he officially had my back pressed up against the wall. One of his hands rested on the back of his neck while the other was now placed on the wall right next to my head, trapping me in this place as he leans down ever so slightly to further cage me in.
                          
           I don't know how to feel as he does this. Scared doesn't sound like the right emotion to feel anymore when it comes to these vampires. Living with them for nearly a year has made all of the things they do that I used to find strange or scary appear to be normal now. Honestly, that's a little scary considering just how messed up all of these brothers truly are...
                          
          "How long will it be until Subaru decides to come in here looking for you?" Shu suddenly asked as he began to inch his face closer to the side of my neck. "Do you think he'll save you before I can sink my fangs into you? Or would you rather stay with me instead of that child?"
                          
          Knowing that running away from the blonde wouldn't do me any good, I remained still and was preparing for that painful feeling of having one's fangs buried deep under the skin of my neck. Though that painful feeling never came since Subaru suddenly broke the door down causing Shu to stop only a few inches from reaching his goal of sucking my blood.
                          
          "You've got to be kidding me..." Shu mumbled under his breath as he took a step back from me and looked over to Subaru. "You ruined the mood..."
                          
          "Bastard, stay away from my human." Subaru hissed back as he walked up to me and grabbed my hand before dragging me out the room.
                          
          "If you get tired of that kid ___, you know where to find me." The blonde said right before Subaru and I exited the room. 
                          
           "Tsk, in your dreams you bastard!" Subaru yelled back at his older brother.
                          
          All I could do was sigh. Though I'm not exactly sure if that sigh was out of relief from not having my blood sucked by Shu or out of annoyance since I ultimately just escaped one vampire to be found by the other. But this whole night has officially been the most weird yet. Shu has never been one to interfere like that when another one of his brothers are chasing me and Subaru has never once tried to claim me either.
                          
           I guess there's a first for everything...
