Jealousy

You awoke feeling refreshed, and ready to tackle the day. You rolled over and looked at your clock; you had beat the alarm by seven minutes. You got out of bed and got ready for school, doing your best to look perfect for Yun, even though he loved you no matter your appearance.
Ever since you and Yun had started dating, you didn't need any sugary drinks in the morning to keep you going through the day; the thought of him on your mind was enough. You went downstairs. You still had plenty of time before school started; you decided to watch some TV to pass the time while you ate breakfast.
It had been a week since you and Yun had officially become a couple; everyone at school had been shocked. Girls still shot you jealous glares and whispered among themselves when you passed, but you paid it no mind. When you had told your mom the news of you and Yun, she had been ecstatic, and went on for what seemed like forever about how her little girl was growing up- you weren't surprised with this reaction, however; it would have surprised you if she hadn'tgushed about it, considering how energetic she usually was.
Yun was with you at school everywhere and always. He had started walking home with you everyday without fail now, and he stayed over for a while more often than not now. The amount of little details he seemed to know about you had grown a bit uncomfortable, but you tried your best to ignore it. You had noticed he was certainly the possessive type, but that was almost becoming an understatement. If another boy even happened to so much as glance at you, he...changed. His face would grow dark, his eyes lost their usual, bubbly shine, and if you happened to be holding hands with Yun, you could feel his grip tighten to where it almost hurt. As soon as he looked back at you, however, his expression softened into a sweet smile and his grasp would relax. Normally, this should scare you, but somehow, you couldn't help but...trust Yun. You believed in him, and you weren't sure why or how.
There was one boy in particular that Yun seemed to have a particular hatred for; Akise Aru. Every time those two passed each other, Yun would give him a death glare while Akise simply smirked knowingly at him, as though they both knew some sort of dark, hidden secret. You noticed Yuki hung around with Akise a lot too. Yun didn't seem particularly fond of her either.
You glanced over at the clock. I should probably get going...
You shut off the TV and threw your cereal bowl in the sink. You grabbed your school supplies, as well as your lunch, and Yun's.
School blurred by as fast as ever. Yun approached you after the last class of the day was over.
"So, (y/n), shall we be heading home?" he asked, his ruby-pink eyes smiling down at you.
"Sorry, Yun, I actually have to-"
"Oh, that's right, you have to work on that project today, right? That's too bad..."
Your school was hosting a festival a week or so from now, and your teacher had chosen you as well as some other girls in your class to work on posters after school today.
I didn't even tell him that I was working on the posters. How does he know anything about that? Oh well...
You realized that it probably wasn't a good thing that you were getting accustomed to his extensive knowledge of you. You could think this over another time, though.
"Y-yeah, sorry. I'll see you tomorrow, then, I guess..."
"Alright, then..." he said, sounding a bit disappointed.
It's just one day...is it really that much of a letdown for him?
Yun grabbed his bag and left, leaving you in the classroom by yourself. A few minutes later, the girls you were going to be working with stepped in the classroom, the three of them laughing and chattering as high-school girls do. When they spotted you, they died down a bit, getting quiet, but soon they were back to how they were before. You all started working on the posters. They didn't talk to you much, and you didn't really mind.
About an hour and a half later, you were all finished making the banners. You helped clean up and then went to go get your bag, but you stopped when you noticed the trio of girls glaring at you.
"Is something wrong?" you asked calmly, trying to keep the unnerving feeling in your gut away from your voice.
"What makes you so special?" one of them snarled. You assumed she was the leader of the bunch.
"Yeah!" cried another one, while the remaining female shook her head in agreement.
"Huh? What do you-"
Before you could finish your question the boss of the group suddenly lunged at you, pinning you against the wall, her arm crushing against your windpipe. You could barely breathe.
"How could an absolute nobody like you end up with one of the most wanted guys in the entire school? It's disgusting. Do you know how many girls would kill to be in your place?! I have been trying for so damn long to get his attention and then suddenly out of nowhere you show up and ruin everythin-"
Before she could finish her little spat the classroom door suddenly burst open. Yun.
His expression was darker than the night sky, his lips pressed together in an angry scowl. His eyes glowed venomously towards the girl who had you pinned against the wall. You felt her lock on you slowly relax, her eyes widening in fear.
"Let her go."
"Y-Yun!" she cried out, her voice shaking as she backed away from you. You coughed as the air tried to resume its normal flow through your lungs.
"Leave."
"Yun! I-I'm sorry, t-this isn't what it looks like! S-she-" she started up, a last desperate attempt to redeem herself.
"Now."
He didn't have to say it twice. The trio of females all dashed out of the classroom, without so much as turning back.
Yun looked to you, his expression instantly melting back to his normal demeanor. He went over to you and hugged you tightly.
"(Y/n)...(y/n)...I'm so glad you're safe...I should have come earlier..."
You allowed yourself to fall into his secure embrace, feeling lightheaded from the temporary lack of oxygen. Everything felt dizzy, and you vision was hazy through your (e/c) optics.
Yun sensed you growing weak.
"(Y/n)? (Y/n!) hang in there!" you heard him call, his pinkish orbs wide with concern as he looked down on you.
His voice sounded far away. You were tired...too tired.
"(Y/n)!" you heard faintly, right before you felt your body relax and you passed out.
