Elena's POV

                          
It's so scary being at school during the night. But it's not so scary when you're with friends who are vampire, werewolf and witch, only other supernatural being missing was my twin. 
                          
I'm not talking about being a doppelgänger is supernatural but meaning her free-spirited nature could make this senior prank night even more spectacular. 
                          
I've been setting the mouse traps with Tyler, Caroline and Bonnie for about a hour now. The room was nearly down when we heard footsteps approaching. 
                          
The door opened setting off all of the mousetrap, the lights switched on and there we saw Matt with a sweaty shock look on his face. 
                          
"Ohh! Oh, come on! Seriously?!" Caroline wailed "Do you know how long it took for us to set all this up?!" 
                          
"Forgot about senior prank night, huh?" Tyler asked. 
                          
Matt was huffing as he looked around clueless. "Clearly."
                          
"How could you forget? We've only been waiting for this since like freshman year." Caroline scold him. 
                          
"Yeah, Matt. If I'm doing this, you're doing this." I told him, sitting on one of the tables. 
                          
"I'm kind of surprised any of you are doing this." He said. 
                          
"Caroline's making us." Bonnie informed him. 
                          
"We're about to be seniors." Caroline started, I roll my eyes because I could take a guess as to how the sentence might finish. 
                          
"These are the memories that will stay with us forever, and if we don't..." 
                          
"And if we don't create these memories now, then what's the point of it all?" I smiled cheekily at her as I finished.
                          
She glared. "Go ahead and make fun. I don't care."
                          
"You're all lame. And I've got ten more classrooms to prank." Tyler grabbed two more sports bag, with more stuffs for us to prank around the entire school, and walked out the room. 
                          
I got up to leave as well. "Hey! Where are you going?" Bonnie asked me. 
                          
I turn back to her. "To super glue Alaric's desk shut. I'm making memories." I answered and Caroline smiled even brighter. 
                          
I left them and heard Caroline shouting to me. " I love you!" 
                          
I walked out to see Tyler handing out glad wrap boxes to three other students here with us to participate in senior prank night. 
                          
"Get the faculty toilet seats, and Dana needs bodies in the gym. Let's go." 
                          
The three guys head off with Tyler and I let out a small laugh before coming to a double door. I pushed it right open only to have someone run into me.
                          
I look up and it was Laura. 
                          
My eye immediately snapped wide open at her, I haven't seen her all summer and the last time I was so close to reunite with her. 
                          
"Laura?" 
                          
She was huffing out of breath as she looked at me.  "Oh my god." I breathed.
                          
"Elena..." 
                          
She was almost in tears and I pulled her into a tight hug. 
                          
It's been so long since I last held her in my arms. I never want to let her go again. I needed her all this time, here with me at home. 
                          
Damon needed her. 
                          
"You're going to be okay now. You're safe now." I whispered in her ear. 
                          
"Not quite." She said.
