PERCY
He had been watching Will stitching-up and bandaging his fiancé for a while, completely un-aware as to why, before he decided to go to the lake.
He was walking up and down the large body of water when a satyr screamed "INCOMING!" as it swooped down from the sky like an eagle. It was flying a pegasus that seemed to only have one wing, the other probably lost in flight.
Behind him on the falling horse were three kids, all who looked quite similar. Two of them were identical in height, looks, and screams. They both had their long brown hair tied in messy buns right on the top of their heads, and already looked really tall. They had buck-teeth that they made look good, and make-up sprayed across their faces. Their clothes was what made them different; one wore a shirt that only covered her chest and not stomach, with a relatively short skirt held up with light blue braces. The other had loose jeans and a pink hoodie which had swirls made of sequins all over it.
But in front of the identical girls, there was another kid who looked a lot shorter. They had a roughly-chopped, pointy fringe that was a fluorescent blue. There was also a lot of freckles. Their black t-shirt had a few skulls on it, and they had black jeans that matched quite well. They also had a beanie, which they clung onto as they crashed.
Percy stepped out of the way and lifted his arm to protect his eyes as they skidded into landing relatively safely on the sand.
When they got off the half-pegasus-half-horse, they all looked winded. But, standing up, it was easy to tell that the girls were the same height, and the other kid was shorter than the satyr.
"Percy!" the satyr said.
"You! Um...?" Percy did not recognise him at all.
"Forgot my name?" he asked angrily.
"I'm Percy Jackson." he introduced himself to the demigods.
"It's Fern." the satyr grumbled.
"I'm Lisa," one of the identical kids said, the one in the hoodie. "And this is my twin sister, Poppy!"
"You're... P-P..." the other kid muttered before fainting.
"She's a great fan of your stories." Lisa said.
"My... My what?!" Percy exclaimed.
"Oh yeah, it wasn't you that wrote them. Anyways, she was elated when Fern here came."
"What stories?"
"So... Um... What do we do now?"
A very confused Percy led them to the Big House, where they met up with Chiron (in his wheel-chair form), carrying the girl who fainted.
"Ah, more demigods. Do you want to see the introduction film?" he asked as the small one awoke.
"Yeah. Sure." Lisa said, then, after Chiron showed them where to go, he sat with Percy.
"They seem quite calm about being half-bloods." he said.
"Apparently, the small kid 'loved my stories'. What's that about?"
"I wrote of your adventures in books, then published them."
"Can I see these books?"
Chiron rolled over to the bookshelf, where a row of books labelled 'Percy Jackson' were.
"Here." he said, passing Percy the first. Percy read through the chapter-titles, laughing at a few, then read a chapter.
"Okay, this is bullshit."
"What?"
"I never once thought that Annabeth looked like Cinderella. And anyway, how did you find out all this stuff? And is this in Ancient Greek?" Percy said as the kids came back in the room.
"Where's everyone else?" the little one asked.
"Before I answer that, what's your name?" Percy asked her.
"Langrid." she answered, but Poppy raised her eyebrows and Lisa scoffed.
"Are you sure about that, Abigail?"she asked, and Langrid- or Abigail -went red with anger.
"Quite." she said.
"She keeps insisting that that's her name." Lisa rolled her eyes, then turned to her. "But Mum named you Abigail, so Abigail's your name!"
"Stop calling me a she, too!"
"What else would I use for a girl?"
"I'M NOT A GIRL! For the last time, I'm agender!"
"What pronouns do you want used?" Chiron asked them kindly.
"Xe. And don't call me that fucking idiotic name."
"Okay, Langrid. What are xe pronouns?"
"You use xe instead of they, xyr instead of their and xim instead of them."
"Okay. You'll be on dish-washing duty if you call her Abigail or use the wrong pronouns intentionally. Got that, girls?" and the twins nodded ferociously.
"Another question," Percy piped up, "Why aren't you talking, Poppy?"
"She's mute." Lisa said. "She used to be deaf, but she uses hearing-aids."
"Can you answer my question now?" Langrid asked.
"Sure. What was it again?"
"Where are the others? Annabeth? Nico? Jason? Piper? Frank? Hazel? Reyna?"
"Oh... Well, Jason's in his cabin, Nico's with Will in the infirmary... Hazel and Reyna are at the other camp... I'm not sure about Piper and Annabeth... Frank's... F-Frank is in Elysium..."
Langrid gasped, but decided to change the subject. "Um... How's Annabeth?" xe asked.
"I-I wouldn't know, really... We're not together anymore..."
"Oh... Sorry..."
So she three new kids got their tour with Percy. But after the tour, the son of Poseidon headed straight to Cabin 1; Zeus.
