Chapter Sixteen
Rachel smiles whilst she stares at Emma sleeping in her bassinet. Ross comes up from behind her and kisses the top of her head.
"She's beautiful" Rachel whispered, afraid she'll talk too loud around her. "She's so tiny"
"She is"
Rachel turns around and smiles, wrapping her arms around Ross. "I love you so much"
"I love you so much too"
"When did I get so lucky?" Rachel slightly tilts her head
"I could say the same thing"
There was a knock at Rachel's room door and she opens it. There was Monica all cheesy.
"Can I see her?"
"She's sleeping but go ahead" Rachel made way so she can walk in.
Monica walks over to the bassinet and smiles. "Hi Emma" she whispered and grabs her tiny fingers. "I'm your aunt, Monica"
"Actually now that you're here, I got news to tell you" Rachel looks at Monica.
Monica turns around to face her. "Yeah?"
"Um...me and Ross were thinking and it's best if we live together"
"You guys technically do" Monica answers confused.
"No Mon, like...I move into his house."
Monica frowns. "Oh..." she takes a seat on the bed.
Rachel sits next to her and rubs her back. "I'll always be here though. And I'll bring Emma too"
Monica leans her head on Rachel's shoulder. "I mean..I should've seen this coming"
"We didn't know ourselves until we realized this wasn't gonna work. You know, Ross goes to his house one day and I'm with Emma the entire night.."
Monica nods. "I understand...when are you moving out?"
"Well, maybe later today? The sooner the better."
Monica hugs her and Rachel hugs back. "I'm gonna miss you"
"You guys are still gonna see each other" Ross said confused.
"SHUT up!" Monica yelled before hugging Rachel tighter.

"So you're telling me that Spiderman isn't real?"
Chandler places a hand on his forehead. "No Joe, he isn't real"
"How do you know this?"
"Cause it's a movie"
Joey placed a hand on his hips. "So? Movies are movies! Why would they make a movie about something not real?!"
"For entertainment!" Chandler jumps up, getting annoyed with Joey's dumb questions.
"So how does he shoot webs out from his hands? That's not fake"
"Yes! Yes it is! Do you really think webs could hold up a 130 pound man!"
"I don't know, I never tried it!"
Chandler's eyes widen and he clenched his fist, walking away from Joey.
Just then Monica walks in all down, causing Joey to look at her confused. "Hey, what's wrong?"
"Rachel's moving out" Monica frowned and sat down on one of the recliners.
"What? Where?"
"With Ross"
Chandler and Joey, stood quiet. Not knowing what to say. "Ross still lives in Manhattan right?"
Monica glares at Chandler. "You don't understand. We've been roommates for like...forever!"
Chandler goes over and sits on the arm of the recliner and rubs her back for comfort. "Well if it makes you feel any better, you have a spare room now"
"For who?"
"I don't know I was just trying to make you feel better you know I suck at advice!" Chandler stands up and puts his hands in his front pockets.
"Look, we don't live with you but we stay at your house more than we stay here. Rachel is always gonna be there" Joey adds.
Monica looks at Joey certain. "You sure?"
"Positive"

"That's the last one." Rachel stands up from putting the box down in Ross' living room.
"This is it. It's finally happening. We're gonna have a family"
Rachel smiles and kisses Ross. "I know. I'm so excited"
Ross looks around worried. "Where's Emma?"
Rachel slightly laughed. "Relax Ross, she's with Monica. She should be bringing her over right about now"
"I mean...maybe we should tell her to watch her for a few more minutes...hours.." Ross smiles and brings Rachel closer, kissing her forehead, then nose, then lips.
Rachel smiles and looks up at him. "As fun as that sounds, I really need to unpack"
Ross secretly groans but picks up the boxes that were full of Rachel's stuff into his room.
Rachel didn't have much stuff to add to the house but eh, not like it mattered. Ross hooked up his place well enough to make it decent.
There was a knock at the door and in walked Monica with Emma in her car seat. Rachel goes over and grabs the car seat, saying hi to Monica.
Monica comes in and closes the door, sighing, looking around. "So, no more waking up to you"
"I know" Rachel frowns and put the car seat on the floor, going to hug Monica.
"I'm gonna miss you!" Monica felt tears come out of her eyes as well as Rachel.
"Me too!"
Ross comes out the room and looks at them like they're crazy but goes over to Emma and takes her out the car seat. "Hi you" he talks in a baby voice.
She yawns and lays her head on Ross shoulder. Ross softly bounces himself and softly pats her back. "Did she take a nap?" he asked Monica.
"No not yet but she did look tired the entire time you guys were packing and reloading here"
Rachel goes over to Emma and smiles. Ross slightly bends down, letting Rachel kiss Emma's forehead.
"Well...imma get going" Monica hugs Rachel again and kisses Emma. "Bye guys."
Rachel frowns. "I'll see you tomorrow"
"Okay"
Ross rolls his eyes at them being dramatic and goes into the room to put Emma in her bassinet. He felt his heart skip a few beats when he sees his daughter sleeping so peacefully.
How did he get so lucky?
