Shawn's POV:
*End of school day*
"Jess! I'll be right back I need to use the bathroom!" I yell.
"Ok I'll wait by the car!" She yells back, I chuckle. When I was done using the bathroom I went to wash my hands. I look up and see someone's reflection on the mirror, Skyler.
"Hey Shawnie." She smirks getting closer to me.
"Uh, hey Skyler." I say rubbing the back of my neck. "Um what are you doing in the men's bathroom?" I ask her.
"Well school is over and I just wanted to see you since that stuck up Jess has you all to yourself." She replies batting her eyes. "But hey Shawn it's only you and me." She whispers in my ear. I felt extremely uncomfortable with her being all up in my personal business.
"Uh, I gotta go bye Skyler." I quickly say but before I could get out she grabbed my arm. I try to jerk away but she had a strong grip.
"Let go please." I try and say politely.
"Awe Shawn I can't let you leave just yet." She smirks. She pinned me against the wall and started kissing on my neck.
"Get the hell off me, Jess is waiting for me." I say trying to push her off but she pins me back to the wall. This slut.
"Ok Shawn this is what you're going to do. You are going to stop hanging out with Jess got it?" She says still breathing on me.
"Why the hell would I do that?!" I say rather loudly.
"Oh Shawnie, you're so innocent. Jess is a little fat pig who doesn't deserve to live." She says and smirks.
"What the hell Skyler?! Jess is an amazing person and if you'll excuse me she's waiting for me." I say as I try and push her off. She stumbled back and I headed out the men's bathroom but she grabbed my arm again.
"I guess I didn't make myself clear. You're going to stop hanging out with Jess or I'll make sure she gets hurt." She says with a devilish smirk on her caked up face. "So pick Shawn you turn against her, or I'll hurt her." She says sternly.
"I'm not going to ignore her Skyler and if you hurt her I'll be there, with her." I say and she just laughs.
"Oh Shawn, you're so gullible. Look at her! She's just using you." I refuse to believe it. Jess isn't like that, is she?
"Face it Shawn! Just stop hanging out with her, ignore her, make her life a living hell and be with me." She says getting close to me again. Ewe. "Like I said Shawn do what I say or I will hurt her." She smirks. No I can't do this to her. I made a promise to her that I'll never hurt her. I know what she's been through, but, if I don't do this Skyler might her hurt. I can't take that chance, I just can't. I have to keep her safe. I sigh.
"What do you want me to do?" I huff and she smirks.
Jessica's POV:
Shawn is taking forever in the bathroom. It's been more than 20 minutes. I decide to call him and check if everything's fine. No answer. I call again. No answer. Wtf? Did he get sucked in the toilet or something. I start to text him then.
The text message:
J: Shawn are you ok? Is everything fine? It's been more than 20 minutes and you're still not back.
Once I send it I see Shawn coming towards me. "Shawn, where were you?" I ask.
"None of you're business Jess." He snaps. Oh, okay then.
"Um ok." I say and poke the inside of my cheek with my tongue. He gets in the car and slams the door. When I go and reach for the car door he starts the ignition and leaves without me.
"Um Shawn?" I yells so he can hear me but he ignores me. What's wrong with him? He seems off. I try and catch up to the car but he speeds up. What the actual fuck. By now he's all the way towards the other block. Great, now I have to walk 15 minutes to get to the house.
After about what seemed like forever I arrive at his house. Before I had the chance ring the door bell Shawn's mom opened the door. She looks like she's in a hurry. "Hey Mrs. Mendes." I smile.
"Hey honey." She returns the smile while I go inside.
"So what are you doing today Mrs. Mendes?" I ask.
"Oh just got a call from work saying that they need me." She sighed rambling through her purse. "So I can't be late, I'll see you later sweetheart! Oh by the way Shawn's upstairs!" She says heading for the door.
"Ok bye Mrs. Mendes!" I respond and she shuts the door. I get up from the couch to lock the doors and go upstairs to find Shawn.
"Shawn?" I ask knocking on his room door. "Um Shawn?" I ask opening the door.
"What the hell do you want." He snaps at me looking back to his phone.
"I've been meaning to ask what's up with you? You were fine before you had to use the bathroom and now you're acting really rude towards me." I say sitting down next to him but he gets up and sits at desk's chair and ignores me. Rude.
"D-did I do something wrong?" I ask confused. I don't know what I did but he's mad at me for no reason.
"Shawn-"
"Damn! You ask a lot of fucking questions!" He yells at me. He never yells at me. At least not like this. He doesn't even curse. What the hell is wrong with him? "Just leave me the hell alone!" He yells again.
"But what did I do Shawn?! I didn't do anything so you can be like this!" I yell back. What the fuck is wrong with him. He's honestly pissing me off right now.
"I told you to leave me the fuck alone! Now get out of my room!" He screams getting up heading towards the door. He opens it and points at it. "Get out!"
"I-I thought this was our room." I say quietly.
"Well I couldn't give two shits what you thought. Now get out!" He yells. I stay quiet and do what he says. I get out of the room and he slams the door behind me which makes me jump a bit.
I go downstairs and lay on the couch. I check my phone and see its 6:47 pm. I have nothing better to do since Shawn apparently hates me, so I'm just going to text Mia.

M- Mia
J- Jess
J: Hey Mia can I come over please?😕
M: Sure Jess! What's wrong?
J: I'll tell you when I get there okay?
M: fine.😐
J: k cya in a bit
M: k! Bye Jess
