Melanie's POV
I wake up gasping. I look around and see I'm in a hospital bed. I see random people and my siblings. 
"Jer? Lena?" They look up at me and smile.
"Mel!!!" They yell. I wince a little and they look a little sorry.
"Hey. It's fine guys. I have a question." They nod for me to continue.
"Who are the other guys?" I ask. They look at me in disbelief and shock.
"You don't know who they are?" Lena asks.
"Am I supposed to know?" I ask confused.
"They're your friends Melanie. Stop acting." Jer says rolling his eyes.
"I'm sorry but I'm not acting." I say with a few tears in my eyes. Lena walks out of the room dragging Jer with her. Why are they leaving me with strangers?! Everyone else leaves after them except this one guy with black hair and blue eyes. He's handsome but I don't know him.
"Melanie. You can stop acting now." He says looking at me. I start backing away and he comes closer. He grabs my wrist and I scream telling him to let me go. Nurses rush in and tell him to leave. He looks at me with sadness and leaves. I start struggling to breathe and I start shaking hysterically. 
"Ma'am you need to call down." I hear a nurse say but I just shake my head. She comes closer with a needle and I try to back away but the other nurses hold me in place. She injects whatever it is into my arm and my eyes become heavy. I welcome the darkness.
                          
-2 hours later-
I wake up with a gasp and look around frantically. Lillian! Where is she?! I look at the needles in my arm and rip them out. I need to find Lillian! I grab my clothes and rush getting changed. I run to the reception and tell them to discharge me. They hesitantly nod and I rush out. I run home as fast as I can and as soon as I enter, I run around trying to find Lillian. I need her right now. I see Elena and ask her where Lillian is. She says at the boarding house and she drives me. As soon as the car has stopped, I run out and into the house not caring if I'm invading someone's space. I want my baby. I see Lillian and she looks at me. She smiles and squeals running towards me. I walk out the house with Lillian despite hearing someone calling my name and we walk home. She tells me all about her daddy but I don't know who the dad is. Considering it's quite late, I take Lillian up to bed and tuck her in. Lillian tells me that she wants daddy but I say no. She starts screaming and I hand her my phone. She calls someone and tells them that she wants them here. She's not going to be my baby girl much longer. She hangs up and says,
"Daddy will be here in a second." I just nod despite me being confused. I hear the doorbell go and I run down to open it. I see the guy that was with me at the hospital. He's Lillian's father? How did I get someone like him? 
"Come in. Say goodnight to her and go." He goes to protest but just nods sighing. It's weird. I can feel a connection to him but I just push it away. I start feeling a pain in my head and I groan. The pain worsens and I fall to the floor clasping my head with my hands. I start screaming as it continues to worsen and worsen by the second. I feel someone's hand on my back and I look to see the black haired blue eyed guy. I look him in the eyes and images flash through my head. The moment we met. The moment we first kissed. Every moment we shared. 
"Damon?" I mumble and pass out. I wake up and see I'm on my bed. I try to sit up but an arm holds me down. I turn and see Damon asleep next to me. I smile and think about everything we have been through. His eyes flutter open and he smiles half asleep at me. I peck his lips and we cuddle up against eachother. One last thought comes to my head before I fall asleep....
Nothing can break us apart.
