I sat beside her bed holding her hand. Zayn was with me in her room and if it weren't for him she'd be back in the hospital now. 


                          
"Shouldn't we take her back to the hospital?" Niall asked standing in the doorway 



                          
"She wouldn't want to and if she's not up by tomorrow at least I'm taking her."



                          
"Does Harry know?" 


                          
"No I haven't told him. Zayn thanks for helping."



                          
"It's no problem."



                          
"What's really wrong with her Louis?" Niall came in and sat on her bed 



                          
"It's not for me to tell if you were here when she was in the hospital maybe you'd understand what's wrong."



                          
"Well sorry that I wanted to spend time with my family unlike you mine doesn't live here!" 



                          
"Stop it! It's not worth fighting over the only thing she needs now is us." Zayn shouted 



                          
"Sorry Niall I didn't mean it that way."



                          
"I'm sorry too. I know you're worried but she's a strong girl and she'll be okay." 




                          
"I don't want to lose her, I can't loose her." A tear escaped my eye and I wiped it off before they saw 




                          
Sam rolled onto her side and licked her lips, "At least she's still moving." I said 





                          
"I don't like this, we need to get her to the hospital." Zayn stood up and took out his phone




                          
"No Zayn don't over the last couple of months that's mostly where we've been." 




                          
"Don't take me." I looked at Sam and her eyes were open, "Please don't." 




                          
"I won't but Sam you can't ignore this anymore it's getting worse." 




                          
She sat up slowly and I didn't let go of her hand, "It's my fault what happened I wanted to walk, I should've been more careful." 




                          
"Sam what's wrong with you?" Niall asked 




                          
She shook her head, "I'm not ready to tell you." 



                          
"Guys can Sam and I have a moment alone?"




                          
"Okay." 




                          
Zayn and Niall left her room and I closed the door, "Sam it's starting to affect you, you won't be able to hide it for long."




                          
"Louis I can't tell them I have dreams about it and their faces when I tell them...I can't do it." She wiped away a tear, "Isn't it enough that I cut so many things out that I love already?" 




                          
I let go of her hand and sat down next to her on her bed I put my arm around her shoulder and pulled to me, "Sam I'll be next to you, you'll won't be alone when you tell them."




                          
"I can't."





                          
"It wil get easier remember that and I'm right here with you every step of the way." 



                          
"I don't want to hurt them like I hurt you."




                          
"Sam you won't hurt them if they know we can all be there for you."




                          
"They'll treat be differently, I'll be treated like a little baby they'll look at me like I could break any minute." 




                          
"Then tell them not too, Sam you can't keep it from them forever."
