(a/n: for the sake of the story plot, I've made Ai into a martial artist so she can defend herself and yes this happens a year after the twins were born.)
A year has passed since the twins were born and since then, Ai decided to study martial arts for self defense in case something unexpected happens. The twins did the same thing by watching her. There's a knock on the door and Ai answered it. On the other side of the door shocked Ai.

???: congratulations on your marriage and kids. Ai: wait I know you. You're Ryunosuke. Ryunosuke: why? Why did you have to get married and have kids?!
But before he was about to attack Ai, used her martial arts on him.

Her attack caused him to cough up blood and knocked him out. Toad came to see what was happening and saw the guy on the floor.
Toad: you know this guy babe? Ai: yeah. He used to come to my hand shake events all the time. He's upset about me being married to you and having the twins.
When she said that, Toad was enraged and turned into his ghost rider form.

After he used his penance stare, he threw the guy's corpse off the balcony. They heard a splat and the body was in a pool of his own blood. Ai looks at her husband with a "really?" look.
Ai: was that really necessary dear? Toad: hey he had it coming. Ai: the authorities would've interrogated him. Toad: the cops can't do anything. They're completely useless. Ai: whatever babe. At least I didn't die. Toad: true.
