"Looks like you are suffering a lot of grief," said Rudra in a breaking voice when the person, who was almost fully drunk, looked at Rudra.
"I did very wrong with my child and wife," said the person, guilt covering his face.
"What happened?" asked Rudra again, looking at the grief of the person. When the person started crying loudly, he said, "Please, please don't cry. What happened?" His voice was getting softer as the person slowly moved his head towards Rudra.
"I did very wrong to my wife. I gave our child to my sister-in-law," said the person, with a pang of pain, as tears formed in his eyes. Rudra's eyes widened, knowing the truth.
"Are you mad? What the hell are you speaking?" said Rudra, his voice changing from soft to hard.
"My wife was in a coma, and my sister-in-law loved her child very much. She lost her child during childbirth, and I decided to give my child to her. I didn't know that my wife would get out of the coma so soon," said the person again, while Rudra's eyes grew wider hearing him.
"What kind of people are in this world? Ruhi lost her in a miscarriage, and this person himself gave his baby to his sister-in-law. Is he out of his mind?" thought Rudra angrily, clenching his fist and looking at the person.
"I shouldn't have done this," said the person, crying again while anger was getting more and more on Rudra's nerves.
"You bastard!" said Rudra, holding the person's collar angrily. "You have no right to snatch a baby from his mother! Are you out of your mind? Do you have any idea what that mother must be going through? She must be grieving for her child. But did she know the pain she is going through isn't meant for what she should go through? Are you even cheating with your sister-in-law?" His voice was filled with anger and pain-the pain of being separated from a child.
Rudra is fighting for that child, with whom he doesn't even know what relationship he shares. What storm will come when he finds out that the person he is talking to is none other than Ruhi's husband, Mr. Rohit Poddar?
"I am sorry for it," said the person again.
"Can you really cure the pain of those two mothers? Remember one thing: when a mother gives a curse, it hits badly, and you will have to face the consequences," said Rudra angrily as he left the bar. As he walked away, his heart ached when he looked towards the sky.
"God, you gave a child to such a person who thinks of his child as a toy that he can give to anyone. Yesterday, I saw Ruhi and the pain in her eyes for losing her child. Here is one person who doesn't value his child, and on the other side is Ruhi, who is crying over losing her child. Why this indifference, God? Why?" said Rudra, bringing his feet near to his chest, his heart paining as he saw and heard everything.
"I don't know who the mother is who came out of the coma, but for once, I am thinking about what she must be going through. I can't bear to hear all this, and she has suffered all this in her life. Why, God? Why?" said Rudra with a painful voice, as if he needed answers to all his questions today.
He was on his knees, crying his heart out. The road was empty, as if enjoying his state, and the storm had its own essence. Soon, it started to rain, and Rudra looked up at the sky, his tears mixing with the rain and his hands shattering.
"Looks like you have given answers to my questions," said Rudra, looking up at the sky and feeling the rain on his body, as if the rain was speaking his emotions with each falling drop.

Rohit was still sitting in the bar, imagining Ruhi's state when she learned that her baby was no more. Yet, he didn't dare to tell her that the baby belonged to her.
His life was shattered by his mistake, and some mistakes are not mistakes; they are crimes. Rohit had committed a crime, a crime whose punishment is his life, and he needs to go through it.
His legs were shaking as he was returning home, his steps slow and filled with guilt and pain. As Rohit approached his house door, he was about to fall when two hands helped him.
"Rohit, what is this? Are you fine?" said the person with a worried expression while Rohit looked at him.
"Nothing is fine, bhai. I did very wrong by Ruhi; she shouldn't have gone through this," said Rohit, his voice filled with pain and guilt as Armaan looked at him.
"Rohit, you did it for the baby, and now it's done," said Armaan, looking at Rohit. Rohit was about to say something more when he fainted.
Armaan looked at him, his emotions changing. He took Rohit to the guest room and made him sleep there. The day passed with the grief of everyone: Ruhi and Abhir missing each other, Ruhi missing her unborn child, and Rohit's eyes covered with guilt—the guilt whose punishment is really important for him to go through.
Ruhi was standing by the window and looking at the moon.
"God, you always make me realize that I am not made to be loved. First, Papa left me, then Matashree left me, then Massi, Poppy, and Billa boy left, and at last, my whole Birla family left me. Why me? Why does everyone leave me? The person whom I love doesn't exist in my life," said Ruhi, pain in her heart and voice. A lone tear came to her eyes as she just gazed at the moon.
The moon is one of the best things; alone, people can share their feelings with the moon. It hears your thoughts at the end of the day and gives you that essence which no one else can. The moon connects to the people you can't meet or talk to.
