WALKER SAT ON THE COUCH in aryan's living room, his legs stretched out in front of him. (MANSPREADINGGG! yes gawddd.) he was still in complete shock from his date with ariella. the kiss had been perfect, and he couldn't stop thinking about it. seriously, how was a kiss that good? his brain felt like it was in overdrive, like a hamster running on a wheel, only instead of a hamster, it was a flood of ariella ariella ariella. he couldnt stop thinking about the girl for a second.

aryan and charlie were waiting for him to spill the details, and he was trying his best to keep it cool, well except for the very goofy grin that crept onto his face. how was he supposed to be chill about something that had completely fried his brain?

charlie grinned, his eyes flickering between walker and aryan like he was watching a baddies fight.  he stared at walker for a second, then laughed. "alright, man. did you kiss her?"

walker tried to take a deep breath. act casual, dude. you're a man. be cool. but all that came out was a stupid, but very cute lopsided smile.

"yeah, i kissed her."

the words felt ridiculous coming out of his mouth, but it was true. he kissed ariella. and that kiss? jesus. it had felt like his brain had turned off the second her lips touched his, like he was suddenly in a different universe where nothing else mattered.

aryan's face lit up with that smug grin of his, like he'd been waiting for this moment since the beginning of time. "finally! about time. so, tell us—what was it like? was it everything you imagined?"

walker had to look away for a second, because he could feel his face getting hot. he ran his hand through his hair, trying to find words to describe what was, in his mind, a perfect kiss. but instead of words, all he could think of was ariella and her smile and how soft her lips were and how she smelled like heaven & vanilla—wait, what was he even saying?

"it was... better than i imagined," he said, literally lost in space "way better. i don't know, man. it just... felt natural. like we've been doing it forever."
