A few months later with Yuta and Winwin checking on her from time to time, and with the Dreamies and Yangyang pulling her along to have fun and bicker sometimes, the boys have bonded with the girl and would always call her out whenever free for a small trip in other towns, not forgetting to ask Yooncheol to join too. 
Now Yoonna was finally promoted to a contracted player into Wayv's team after her training ended, also joining them into the U team. The six of them were preparing for their game after Yoonna was officially introduced, and the female was currently shuffling in her seat as she waited for their turn. 
"Relax, Yoonna. You will do great," Xiaojun encouraged the girl who seemed anxious suddenly. 
He had gotten to know her a lot during their training period and knew very well that she was always confident of her skills. Seeing her nervous even though she had been in another team before joining them was a surprise for him.
"You have experience, Noona. You surely will do well."
Kun agreed, stopping Yoonna from picking her nails out of habit by stuffing her headphones into her hands.
"No, you don't understand. It's just...the team are full of boys and I'm the only girl here. They might pick on me and dig out my past lives and my mom is going to find us and-"
"Yoonna, Yoonna!" 
Winwin shook the rambling girl out of her headspace, begging her not to continue since the rest might understand and Ten knew decent Japanese. Yoonna stared at him for a minute before grabbing his hands and pulled him out of the room, ignoring Kun and Ten's concerned glances.
"Yoonna, please calm down."
Winwin held her back from walking too far from their room. 
"I'm sorry, I just- I'm scared."
"It's fine, you all will be fine. Don't worry too much and just focus on the game, okay?"
Yoonna nodded as Winwin gave her one last hug before they held back to the waiting room, their coach already standing outside of the door.
"The rest are waiting for the two of you by the gate. Yoonna, if you are not feeling well you can tell us and Hendery can take over your place. Don't force yourself."
Yoonna thanked him as they approached the other three, greeting them and assuring the rest that she's feeling better. The Mcees called them and they stepped foot onto the stage, finally starting their journey as an esports player.
"Ready?" 
Yangyang questioned as they adjusted their mics over their mouths. A chorus of 'yes' passed into their headphones and Yoonna took a deep breath, trying to sooth her fear.
"Yoonna, fighting," her coach patted her shoulder after he guided them to choose their characters, walking away from the stage to the waiting room.
The cheers and shouts were blocked from her ears due to the noise cancellation headphones. Yoonna glanced towards the seats, spotting the Dreamies sitting in the front row with their banners in their hands.
Her eyes locked with the boy that was scanning the surroundings anxiously and she could feel the panic from his eyes. Haechan nervously smiled at her, slightly waving the banner.
"Yoonna, match's starting," Kun pulled her focus back to the screen, noticing that she was distracted. Yoonna hummed distantly, moving her mouse around to exercise her wrist.
Ten glanced at her as the screen showed the countdown into the match. He assured the girl, seeing that she was still averting her eyes around the stadium.
"You are going to do well."
Cheers erupted as the match ended. Yoonna breathed out a relief as she pushed her chair backwards, sliding out of her desk.
"Woohoo! Yoonna, you are so good! I can't believe you killed both the AD and the support without Ten or Yangyang behind."
Xiaojun laughed whole-heartedly as he described the game to Hendery and their coach, both of them smiling at him, having watched the match from the TV in the waiting room. They rest chatting and discussing tactics for their next round. 
"I'm going out for a while. Coach, please let Hendery take my place," Yoonna spoke out of the sudden, cutting into their celebration and rushed out of the room, leaving the rest in worry. 
"Should we go chec-"
"Coach, please let Hendery take over. Yoonna can't go to the next round."
Yuta bursted into the room a few seconds right after Yoonna left as he dragged Winwin away after informing their coach. The rest of the team jumped at the sudden appearance of Yuta. Their coach frowned, but nodded as he saw Winwin's facial expression change after Yuta whispered a few words to him.


Having another test the next week and I'm so scared for it omg
