You knew of Zim and Dib, of course you did. Who didn't by this point? You never really interacted with them, however.
Zim and Dib were constantly causing a scene. Whether it be in the hallway, in class, or even in town, those two were always at each others throats. A lot of their fights got physical too, which was a complete shock. No one ever seemed to try to stop them.
You knew Zim was an alien. How could you not? Green skin, no ears, no nose, and even his uniform. Everything about him screamed 'alien.'
You didn't do anything about it though. Zim was rather incompetent, that was easy to tell. He really wasn't a threat, although he talked a big game.
Everyone was in the cafeteria for lunch. You could see Zim sitting at a table by himself, poking the sludge on his tray with a fork in disgust.
Alien or not the food is disgusting.
Everything was fine and peaceful until you heard a loud BANG.
You looked up to see Dib had smacked Zim in the back of the head with a book, causing Zim to hit his head against the table.
Zim sprang back up angrily.
"Filthy Earth-Stink—!" Before Zim could say anymore, Dib pointed to him and yelled out.
"Look, everyone! His contact lense came out! See his horrible alien eye!" Dib yelled out, laughing. He had finally got Zim.
Everyone in the cafeteria looked over in horror, and Zim completely froze. Dib, seeing the contact on the ground, quickly stepped on it so Zim couldn't put it back in.
Zim's hands got clammy, and he even felt himself begin to tremble. This isn't how things are supposed to go!
"I, uh... No, you pathetic Earth-creature! It's... it's...!" Zim was panicking too much, he couldn't think of an excuse. This has never happened.
