"Looks like you're needed ୭໒২७," Fright said to him, her voice light but carrying a hint of urgency.

"Looks like it," Tim replied, waiting to be asked to be back up.

Before he could gather his thoughts, Fright leaned in and gave him a soft kiss on the cheek, her lips brushing against his skin like a whisper. It was a simple gesture, yet it sent a jolt of warmth through him, leaving him momentarily frozen.

"Go do your job ୭໒২७," she urged, her smile brightening her eyes. With that, she slipped away.

Tim stood there, a mix of shock and delight flooding his senses. He touched the spot where her lips had met his cheek, still feeling the lingering warmth. It was unexpected, and yet, somehow it felt right.

Shaking off his surprise, he took a deep breath and turned his attention to the tasks at hand.

"Do you need backup for the explosion?" He said into his earpiece.

"They have split up, Red go left, Oracle will direct you,"

"How's your day?" Tim asked. Y/N looked up from her plate, her brow furrowing slightly.

"Terrible," she whined, prodding a tortilla chip into her guacamole.

"I ran out of Milo last night and totally forgot when I went to grab some this morning." Tim raised an eyebrow, a playful smirk forming on his lips. Though he did not know what Milo was.

"Thats what's ruining you're day?"

"Not just ruining," Y/N insisted, her voice tinged with dramatic flair. "It's a catastrophe! I need my Milo to kickstart my mornings. Without it, I'm just... lost." She leaned back in her chair, throwing her hands up in frustration. Tim chuckled, his eyes sparkling with amusement.

"I didn't realise Milo was such a vital part of your life," Y/N shot him a mock glare.

"The warm milk, the perfect scoop of Milo, and that first sip... It's like magic! My cravings can not be quenched,"

"Okay, okay," Tim said, holding up his hands in surrender.

"I get it. You need your Milo fix. But, you know, they do have a convenience store just down the street. You could grab some after we eat."

"I can't! It's Australian! I'll just need to get it when I get my shipment of Aussie food," Not a full lie she was planning on going to Australia over the weekend. Benefits of flying and ghost portals.

Tim hummed at her. Making a mental note to try Milo. And to have some on him when Y/N ran out again.

"How was your day?" Y/N asked him, tilting her head with a playful curiosity.

"Better than before," he replied, a hint of a smile creeping onto his face.

"Oh?" she prompted, her interest piqued. He chuckled, running a hand through his hair.

"I walked into a pile of paperwork on my table. It was like a mountain of chaos just waiting for me."

"That's rough, buddy," Y/N replied, her tone dripping with mock sympathy.

"Did you just Avatar reference me?" he asked, raising an eyebrow, a mix of surprise and amusement on his face.

"Yes," she said, her grin widening. He and Y/N laughed. Y/N leaned in, her expression softening.

"What was it all about?"

"Just the usual—reports, budgets, and a few last-minute projects that somehow landed on my desk," he said, rolling his eyes. "I swear, it multiplies when I'm not looking."
