Y/N was not lying to her friends when she said her routine had been set. She would leave her house at 7:30 with a leather jacket over her uniform as she rode her motorbike to work.

Each morning, the engine's roar filled her with a sense of freedom, the wind whipping through her hair that stuck out from her helmet as she navigated the familiar streets. The city was still waking up, a mix of early risers and sleepy commuters.

She parks at work and heads in. Reaching her locker Y/N puts her backpack, leather jacket and helmet in there. She reaches for her water bottle and puts on her earpiece.

She sipped from her water bottle, it was full of energy drinks. She adjusted her earpiece, connecting to her playlist, letting the music drown out the noise of the people around her. She makes her way to her station and starts her job as security.

At lunch, she goes and gets two coffees and makes her way to Tim's office. If he is busy with work she leaves him alone, but when he is not she is his company for lunch. And it often ends with her earpieces going off with her boss's voice saying her lunch break was over.

After work, she drives home and takes a shot of ectoplasm so she doesn't turn into a pile of tired and sick mush of a hafla. She hacks and researches the GIW. Something she will not tell her family she is doing as they made her promise to stay away from them.

Then once the sun sets she travels through the shadows looking for agglutinos and or breaking into places she thinks will have the artefacts she is after. And sometimes looking into things that she will relay back to Red Robin as a nice little 'stop this please'.

Which is what she is doing right now. Flying around invisibly over Gotham looking for her ꒒ꂦꃴꍟ. She spots him, the only issue is that he is talking to Batman, Robin and Black Bat.

Now she has to decide what to do. She is like 99% sure the other bats know who she is. Y/N assumes Red Robin had to have told the other about her. Why would he not have? But she also has never asked and dodged the other bats like they were the plague.

But what she has to give him is something the other bats will be needed for. At least some of them. Y/N lands on the bulkhead of the apartments they find themselves on top of. She was still invisible and was now waiting for them to look away so they wouldn't see her becoming visible in the corner of their eyes.

A precaution you just take with the Bats.

Y/N hovered on the edge of visibility, the weight of her decision pressing down on her. The Bat family was an intimidating presence, and though she felt like an outsider, she knew she needed to connect. The moment Black Bat gestured away, she seized her chance.

"꒒ꂦꃴꍟ," she called, the ghost language flowing from her lips like it always did when she called for Red Robin. The Bats turned in unison, their expressions a mix of surprise and caution. Red Robin stepped forward, eyes narrowing.

"Fright, what are you doing here?" His voice was tense, but there was an undertone of relief, too.

She hopped down a sly smile on her face. Fake it till you make it was her plan to be confident around Red Robin's family.

"Do you have a paper and pen I can borrow?" Y/N asked, trying to keep her tone casual and not as flirtatious as usual.

"Why do you need a pen and paper?" Red Robin asked, getting out the things Y/N asked for. She came up to him and took them from him then put the paper and his chest and started writing.

"It's a less-than-fun surprise," She said with a slight frown. Y/N wrote down an address and a time then a date. She then handed the paper back to him with a cocky smile.
