"Did Rose make any food? I need more food...sorry El but the dinner didn't make me full at allll" Sarah whined, as she dragged Ella to the kitchen with her, turning the lights on. 
Ella would lean on the counter, following the blonde girls movement. 
"I think she made lasagna. It's in the oven" Ella would respond with a smile.
Sarah would give her a thankful look before opening the oven, and grabbing the pan with the lasagna, cutting herself a piece.
"So how was Charlotte today for Dad and Rose?" She would ask, taking a bite of the lasagna.
"They said she was behaving perfectly. Also what did I miss with the Pouges?" Ella asked. 
"Nothing much. We just went back to John B's, and watched a movie...Kie had to leave early because of something with her parents. Then soon everyone else left, then it was just John B and I. Then I rode my bike back" Sarah would respond.
"What a bummer. I missed our Friday movie night" Ella would frown.
"Actually, it was a pretty lame movie. Pope picked out some movie that was filmed like a million years ago" Sarah would say, playfully rolling her eyes, giggling.
"Classic Pope" Ella would comment with a smile.

Both girls would quickly look up from their phones and to each others. 
"Shit what do you think it is?!" Ella would ask, confused, and also very concerned, ready to hop into the car and leave.
"I don't know but we have to go find out, tell Rafe you'll be back! I'll meet you in the car! And grab the keys!" Sarah would say in a rush, dropping her fork as she quickly ran out the door.
Ella would nod at her words, making her way upstairs. 
Meanwhile upstairs, Rafe would lay with his daughter, as he watched her sleep quietly, just smiling.
"My beautiful girl" he would whisper, as he rubbed her back slowly.
That was interrupted when the door swung open, revealing Ella, who was quite out of breath from those stairs. 
"I'm sorry this is super last minute but JJ just called a code red and Sarah and I have to go! Can you please stay with Charlotte!?" 
Rafe would quickly furrow his brows, slowly getting off his bed. 
"What are you talking about? I thought you were staying the night!?" He would say quite upset.
