Ella would finally enter Rafe's room after catching up with Wheezie for a bit.
"Hey" Rafe would say with a smile, as he laid in bed, with the tv on, baby Charlotte being fast asleep on top of his chest.
Ella would quickly smile at the view, before sitting at the edge of the bed. "Hey there, you two" she would smile. "Wheezie didn't bother you too much right? She can get a little...you know sometimes" he would chuckle, rubbing Charlottes back softly.
"She's fine we had a great talk. I think your parents are in bed already. House seems pretty quiet, and their doors closed" Ella would shrug. "Yeah they go to bed pretty early at times. Baby Charlotte must have tired them out. Plus they're going out tomorrow night once again" he would chuckle.
Ella would smile lightly, as she moved her hair off her shoulders. "That dinner went...well" Ella sighed, obviously it didn't. It was chaotic and no one could sit together.
"Yeah I'm so sorry about that again Ella. You know the Kooks won't ever get along with Pouges. One island will never be complete" Rafe would sigh, as he slowly moved the baby off him so he can fully sit up.
"And we can't really change that. Guess we're going to have to let things be. I just didn't want Charlotte to grow up so confused. Like how her uncle Topper and you and your friends are different and then John B, Pope, and JJ are also different. I just wanted things to be civil you know? Maybe if they had all gotten along, there wouldn't be any questions being asked when Charlotte grows up" Ella would say with a sigh.
"I totally get you. But you know we, as in Topper, Kelce and I...have our differences and our on going beef with your Pouge friends" Rafe would say.
Ella would furrow her brows, looking at him. "What happen to putting that all aside for me and Charlotte?" She would ask confused.
Rafe would clear his throat, shaking his head. "Well you know, I'll try and put it aside but...nothing will change between me and them. You know that El" Rafe would shrug.
Ella would shake her head, looking away. "Okay then Rafe." She would scoff. He would furrow his brows, "you're seriously not mad right?" He would ask.
But before she can answer, her phone would go off. She would pick it up, seeing Sarah had messaged her.

She would get off the bed, glancing at Rafe. "I'll be right back" she would say. "Where are you going Ella?! Are you mad?!" Rafe would say in a tone.
Instead of answering him, she'd just leave him room, shutting the door behind her before she would run down the stairs, opening the door for Sarah quietly.
"Oh my gosh it's like freezing outside, hey El" Sarah would say with a smile, side hugging the girl, as she kicked the door shut. "Hey Sar" Ella would chuckle.
