Hunter*

"I will but for now I just need to think about what is going to be best for Finway" Layla had said to me as she held the future heir of BloodMoon in her arms.

These past couple hours I've really been trying to play out every scenario in my mind. To go against my Alpha or my mate. I know I said I wouldn't say anything but if I don't inform Asher of her at least her safety, Rosie and I could be punished and maybe even exiled from the pack which would be the absolute worst outcome of this whole thing.

I would have to betray her trust but the safety of my mate comes before all. I would absolutely die for her ten times over before I let anyone come close to harming her. She is my whole world and it makes it difficult when she pushes the boundaries of her brother's orders.

Asher had been blowing up my mindlink trying to reach out and get me to join the now ongoing search party he has started after she went missing from the dinning hall this morning. I could feel his anger radiating even through our pack connection from the unknowing wereabouts of Layla.

In the end I had decided to go to Asher to talk about Layla and that she is safe and okay. Making up a small white lie to my mate and friends I made my exit and headed towards my Alpha to try and defuse some of the chaos that is swarming throughout the pack.

Asher*

I have been on edge ever since I was informed by one of my pack warriors that they saw Layla dart out of the dinning hall this morning then not long after finding her blood pooled up deep in the woods. Only a small select few of my members know the truth about their true Luna others believe I had never found her and that's why Kailey took the position of Luna all those years ago.

"Sir still no spotting of Luna. Checking east side of land now" Liam my lead warrior mindlinked me making Arch grow restless in worry of our mates whereabouts.

Throwing the closes object to me into the wall I growl out in frustration. This isn't the first object that has met its fate from my irritation nor probably will it be the last if we don't find her soon.

What are we doing here. We need to find her he growled out beginning to picture the worst

We will I responded to him as the door to my office opened as my Beta Hunter made his way further inside. About damn time he showed up. I had been trying to reach him ever since word came of her disappearance.

"Not a good time Hunter" I grab my things to began looking for my mate since I have completely useless warriors playing around in the woods while their Luna is missing.

"I know where she is. Layla is safe." he sighs not making eye contact with me which made me more furious.

How dare he Arch rumbled from inside pushing out and taking over

Arch quickly emerged from inside trying to murder the man in front of us for withholding valuable information and honestly I couldn't agree more with his feelings on the matter at the moment.

"Look I can't just stand here and watch her break again after what you did" his eyes glowed gold as he tried his hardest to push me off of him, failing miserably from my Alpha strength.

This made me more angry and everything turned red, I grabbed him by the throat slamming him harder through the wall now making a Beta shaped hole into it.

I didn't care though all I cared about what the information or I guess lack of info that my Beta, my supposed best friend has just shared with me.

Kill him or I will Arch pushed farther trying to break out of my mind
