Chapter 41: 3 Years Later...

Amora

"Viktor, put me down!" I giggled as Viktor carried me into our new home. New York City... just like I had always imagined. And in just a week, we'd be getting married here, with our friends and families. It would be small, but perfect—just the way we wanted it.

"Oh, don't be such a brat when I'm trying to show you our new home, baby." Viktor finally set me down, and I looked around. After Viktor graduated last year, he started working on the business he'd always dreamed of building here in Queens.

A year later, he was the CEO of his own company, making moves in the fitness world. I was so proud of him. He was 23 now, and I was 22. We had grown so much together, but we still had that same goofy, cute vibe. We just looked a little older now.

"I love it! Don't you like it too, Flower?" I looked over at our sweet kitten, Flower, who was walking in behind us, sniffing around the place. The apartment was modern yet cozy, with sleek white, black, and gray accents. It was perfect.

"I think Flower likes it, don't you?" Viktor whispered to her as he bent down and patted her. She purred in response and continued exploring, and I couldn't wait to do the same.

I walked over to Viktor, wrapping my arms around his neck and swaying back and forth a little. "I love this!" He had surprised me with this place when he came a few weeks ago to buy the building he needed for his fitness business, Harrington Fitness.

It was for athletes—especially footballers—who needed extra training and mental health support. I was so proud of him for making that dream a reality.

Viktor had a bit of stubble now, and it made him look even more irresistible. But I probably looked a little older myself. Time was flying by, and we were doing everything we had dreamed of.

"I'm glad you love it. I might have made a special room just for you." He grinned, his eyes twinkling.

"Oh?" I raised an eyebrow as he leaned in to give me a soft kiss. After pulling back, our foreheads met—something we still loved doing after four years together.

It was our little thing, a way to connect without any words, just our simple, quiet love for each other. And sure, we still had our sex life and plenty of gifts, but sometimes, it was the little things that meant the most.

"Yes, a library just for you," he said. "And if we have future kids and you want them to keep their books in there too..."

"I love it," I said, my heart swelling with affection. "And, um... Viktor?" I felt a bit nervous, but I knew what I had to say.

"Yes, Flore?"

"You know, we could really start on the kid thing now, even though we're not getting married until next week. I just... I think it's time. Now."

His grin widened mischievously. "You giving me the green light, bellissima?"

I couldn't help but grin back as he scooped me up and walked toward the kitchen, setting me on the counter and stepping between my legs. "Yes, I am, Mr. Harrington."

"Good," he said, leaning in to kiss me again. "And make sure you add this into your book you're writing..."

"No!" I laughed, pushing him away. "God, do you want our parents, friends, and children to read about our sex life too?"

He shrugged, unbothered. "Then we'll just tell them not to read it."

I looked at him blankly, swallowing nervously. "Viktor! The whole world is going to read our book!" The book I'd started writing a while back, Mr. Popular & His Flore.

He smirked, "Yeah, okay, I see your point. Just make it a closed-door book, I guess."

"My god, you seriously want me to add our sex life into our book?"

"Well, you have mentioned it. I've seen it in some of the chapters, Amora."

"Yes, but... okay, I get your point. Just put babies in me already!"

He nodded before grabbing my face and kissing me aggressively, "At your command as always, Flore."
