"Where are you taking me again?" I asked Sam as I impatiently looked out the window.
"Stop asking because i'm not telling you," He said and I groaned before sinking lower into my seat.
"Can I at least know if we are almost there?" I asked him.
"Almost there," Sam said and I bit my lip. I looked out the window and looked at all the pretty lights. We were currently in the nicer part of our county, which had one of the prettiest beaches around.
"Oh shit I missed a turn," Sam said and I rolled my eyes, idiot.
"Oh there it is, Piatti!" Sam said in an Italian accent and I burst out laughing, what a goon. He quickly parked by the front and I looked at him.
"Oh! Hold on i'll help you," Sam laughed before hopping out of the car and running to my side. He pulled the door open and extended his arm, what a gentleman.
"Oh god," I grunted as I struggled out of the car.
"You're about to pop aren't you?" Sam laughed and I gave him a glare.
"No, i'm barely finishing my second trimester," I said as I moved a piece of hair out of my face.
"I have no idea what you just said but okay!" Sam said and I laughed before my eyes slowly landed on a pair of gorgeous brown eyes.
"Hello gorgeous," Jack smiled at me and my heart beat accelerated.
"Hi," I bit my lip and looked down before looking up at him again.
"Thanks Samuel, I owe you one," Jack patted Sam's shoulder and he simply laughed.
"You owe me a full tank," Sam laughed before walking away.
"Here i'll take this," Jack said as he placed his hands on my shoulders and helped me take my coat off.
"Shall we?" Jack put his arm out for me to take, and I did.
"You look radiant tonight," Jack whispered in my ear as we walked over to our table.
"Thank you, you look handsome," I smiled at him.
"Oh my.." I stared in awe as we neared our table. There were rose petals all over it with two tall candles and some very fancy looking silverware and dishes.
"Do you like it?" Jack asked me as he pulled out my chair for me.
"No... I love it!" I thanked him as I sat down.
"I wanted to go to a French restaurant but there wasn't anything good around here," Jack frowned as he sat down.
"Why French?" I asked as I grabbed a piece of bread from the complementary basket.
"So we could finally use the French we learned in high school!" Jack said and we both burst out laughing.
"Bonjour!" I said.
"Au revoir!" Jack spoke dramatically.
"Je m'appelle Françoise!" I laughed as we said random phrases.
"Merci!" Jack said in a heavy accent and I couldn't breathe from laughing so hard.
"We're such idiots," I finally calmed down and took a sip of water.
"Hello, welcome Piatti, can I get you guys started with something?" The waiter asked us. Jack and I looked at our menu's and ordered a couple pastas and such.
"So, guess who finally got a job," Jack said as I reached for more bread and my eyes widened.
"What? When?!" I asked him.
