It hit 5:28 when you walked out to meet Katsuki at his car. Getting in and turning the radio on, you begin the journey to his house.

His mom greets you both at the door and welcomes you in, already beginning to discuss some of the ideas she had brewing for the both of you.

After an hour or so you and Katsuki sit at the table as dinner gets brought in. Everyone sat at the table and having a surprisingly pleasant conversation.

Although, most topics ended with Mitsuki yelling at Katsuki for something he had said. Which made you laugh, it was funny seeing someone humble Katsuki when he stepped out of line.

Once dinner was finished Katsuki and his dad clean up in the kitchen, whilst you and Mitsuki sat on the sofa in the living room.

"So, Y/n. You're friends with Katsuki, right? He's told me a bit about you." She asks, sipping a cup of tea and staring at you. It was almost intimidating.

"Oh, yeah." You nod, your mind temporarily flooding back to the kisses, the cuddles at night and especially those weirdly tense moments you'd stand really close in silence to just stare at each other. Just friends.

"Good. I didn't want this to be awkward for you guys at all. Well, especially you. Katsuki can deal with it." She rolls her eyes and takes another sip before smiling at you. "He is weirdly calm around you, you know."

"He is?" You give it some thought, when you thought about it, it has been a while since Katsuki last yelled at you. Whether he meant it in a harsh way or not. "I guess I never noticed."

She hums in response and places her mug down, sitting up and turning to you. "Y/n, if Katsuki does anything you think isn't okay, you have my full permission to just slap him."

You chuckle at the random suggestion and nod, "I will. But, he's never done anything I've had a problem with."

"Good. He can be a bit aggressive sometimes. He doesn't mean harm, he's just complicated like that." She sighs and looks up to see Katsuki walking in.

He raises an eyebrow and takes a seat next to you, "You guys talking about me or something? Better be how great I am."

"As if Katsuki." His mother responds, rolling her eyes and settling back into the sofa.

After a while it's you four huddled together on the sofa, watching a movie. The night grows later and as it does you feel yourself grow more tired.

Yawning you sit up, rubbing your eyes. Katsuki watches you and sits up too. "Where you going?" His voiced hushed to not disturb the movie.

You turn to him and shake your head. "Nowhere. I'm just tired."

Mitsuki must've been eavesdropping because then she speaks up. "If you're tired you can stay over tonight, stay in the guest room."

"It's fine, we'll just go." Katsuki answers and stands up, pulling you up too by your arm.

"Katsuki. She can stay tonight. The guest bedroom is clean. It's late now anyway." She gives him a warning look, sitting up straight.

"Fine." He mumbles before leading you upstairs to the guest bedroom.

It was cold, and the room was spectacularly clean. The bed freshly made and the room smelt like a floral air freshener.

You sit on the bed and sigh, watching as Katsuki hovers by the door. "My room is down the hall if you need anything."

Before you can say anything else he goes. Shutting the door and making his way to his own room.
