Trigger Warning: Cannibalism, plotting of murder

Vincent laid curled on the bathroom floor. His mind spirals after his actions. He ate part of Manon. He had committed cannibalism, and he enjoyed it. He devoured it and he couldn't get enough. On top of that his stomach was not upset. This was the most he ate in a while and he wanted more. He needed more. But it was wrong to do so.

Yet was it greedy to want more after years of not being able to taste? Did he really need more? Was he a bad person? No he wasn't. Rody was. He subjected him to this. He kidnapped him. He bit his finger off. He killed his ex. Out of furry Vincent stood up ready to kill him. Only to leap back in fear only to notice Rody hanging out by the door.

"Are you doing better?" He asked and Vincent knew he couldn't really do anything against Rody. Sure he was taller and faster, but Rody was strong. Not to mention he was blocking his escape. Though his anger quickly returned.

"What did you put in the meat?" Vincent asked as Rody raised his brow.

"Excuse me?" He asked as Vincent rushed over and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and pushed him against the wall.

"YOU HEARD ME! There is no way I am able to taste after over twenty years of not being able to taste ANYTHING! What Did You Do?" Vincent said as Rody cracked a smile before beginning to chuckle. That chuckle turned into a laugh. Vincent was stunned for a second before his anger quickly returned. After a minute Rody calmed down.

"Oh, aren't you funny?" Rody sighed as he wiped a tear from his eye.

"I didn't put anything outside of some seasoning I've used on food for you before, and some lemon in it. You gobbled her up believing I put some mysterious new ingredient in your food, but in all actuality you're just as bad as me." Rody said with a mischievous grin as Vincent's grip loosened as he moved back. He really was just as bad as Rody.

"I can remake it for you right in front of you so you can see. I mean she does have two kidneys." Rody said with a smirk as Vincent's stomach growled again. He really did want more.

"Fine, show me." He said as he followed Rody into the kitchen. Rody immediately walked over to the fridge. Vincent could see several packets of meat. Some on the top were clearly not purchased from the store. Rody grabbed one before placing it on the counter.

Vincent gulped as he Rody unwrapped. He still felt a bit queasy while looking at a fresh organ right in front of him. Rody walked over to a cupboard and grabbed seasoning before putting them all on the counter.

"Here's the seasoning I used. Feel free to look and familiarize them." Rody said before walking back to a fruit bowl and grabbed a lemon. Vincent watched as Rody chopped the lemon. Put the seasoning all over it, and add some lemon juice, and lemon zest before putting it in the oven.

Leaving the two to wait in silence. Rody did at least make them drinks. Vincent just wanted water, while Rody took some wine. After about thirty minutes the kidney was ready. Rody put it on a plate before placing it in front of him.

"Bon appetite." He said smugly as Vincent cut into the meat before taking a bite. Sure enough it was the exact same as before, and once again he needed more. He ate it all pretty quickly once again. When he was done he looked back at Rody who only gave him a smug look.

"So what did you think?" Rody asked as Vincent sighed.

"It was good." He muttered as Rody chuckled with glee.

"See I didn't add any mysterious ingredient. The only thing that changed with the meat." Vincent sighed as he put his hands in his hair.

"What have you made me do?" Rody scoffed.

"I didn't make you do anything Vincent. I simply provided you with a meal you actually enjoy. Not to mention I do enjoy it as well. Even with the lemon added in. I didn't make you do anything but keep you alive. You were the one who wanted more. You're the one who made yourself eat." Vincent looked Rody in the eyes. His smug face while Vincent's eyes were burning with rage. The two were basically monsters. One who kills and the other who eats.

"If either of us get caught this whole operation goes up in smoke." Vincent said as Rody shrugged.

"I know, but honestly I don't care. I saw how you lit up when you first took a bite out of Manon. So I have to ask how would you like this everyday?" Rody asked as Vincent looked up at him. The idea was nice. Continuing to be able to taste. To eat full meals and not have it be a disgusting mush. Yet one other thing stirred in the back of his mind. Everyday would possibly be until they die. And Manon was not going to last that long.

"You do realize Manon will only last up to a certain point." Vincent said as Rody shrugged.

"I know, but hey I can always get more. Think about how many more people that are out there that are just like her. Horrible to their partners and their power goes untested. I'm sure they wouldn't be missed much. Not to mention it would keep us fed." Vincent looked down. Did he really have it in him? To let others die just so he could get a satisfactory meal.

Rody had completely gone insane at this point, yet he appeared to have some morales. Abusive partners, people who treated their lovers just like Manon had him. Maybe even other horrible scum. They got to live their lives as they wanted with barely any consequences. Maybe he too had gone insane, yet he was too blinded by the idea of properly eating. He looked at Rody with a smug smile. Rody looked back at him with the same look, but a bit softer. Hearts were in his eyes as he cupped his cheek. Both seemed glad that they were two insane people in love.
