Lily was staring at the letter sitting on her island for a good ten minutes, not knowing if she was going to open it or not. She knew what the letter was, her rejection or admission letter to NYU. Her sister kept on texting her what it said but she never responded, fearing the worst to come if she saw "We regret to inform you..." when opening it.
So, thinking logically, she went to the Mathews apartment and handed over the letter to her sister after they embraced each other in a hug. Her sister looked at the letter with joy before opening it and skimming through. "Dear Glinda the Good Witch..." "It doesn't say that." "We regret to inform you that...", Maya read, making Lily's face drop and her smile diminish into nothing.
"That...you will be spending the next four years living near the Mathews!" Lily smiled and shrieked out of happiness before hugging her sister tightly, picking her up and spinning her around while the two laughed out loud.
She smiled at her while setting her down when Josh came in with a similar letter in hand to show off to Cory. Maya and Riley tried to make it out the door but Maya was intrigued as his letter was the same as Lily's. A rejection or submission letter from NYU. Maya couldn't take it anymore and jumped on his back, stealing the letter.
"Dear Uncle Boing", she said playfully while staying away from Josh. "It doesn't say that." "We regret to inform you that...", she read while dropping her face. "Regret to inform me?" "That...you will be spending the next four years with Lily!" Josh smiled and couldn't believe that he was accepted. He then told Lily about a party that he was invited to and asked her if she wanted to come.
"I'd love to. When and where?" "10pm and Greenwich Hall", he said simply, oblivious to the fact that Maya and Riley were listening in. The girls went into Riley's room and Lily looks sat them with a confused expression, puzzled as to why they would go into the young brunette's bedroom if they were just on their way to school.She shrugged it off before heading to work at Topanga's for her job.

Josh and Lillian were having a fun time hanging out with the older young adults until, surprisingly, Maya and Riley showed up at the dorm room they were in. "Maya, Riley?", they asked in unison. Andrew backed off immediately before telling the two teens that they couldn't be at the party. "No kidding. Riley, what are you thinking? You have to go." "You're right, Josh. We're sorry. This was a bad idea." "Wait. Intrigued", Jasmine said while pushing Josh aside so she could get a better look at the girls. "Maya? What was your bad idea?"
"He's her Uncle Josh. I call him Uncle Boing 'cause look at him." "She made me sneak out a window to come here. That's how much she likes him. Because she was afraid that you guys were witches, not you Lily, and that you would steal him from her", Riley explained, except this was only a half truth.
