Yu's POV:
Chie said she and Yosuke would meet us in the lobby, but it's been over an hour.
What if the killer has got to them? What if this is just like Naoto's case...? What if they're in trouble?
Dammit, I have to-
"We're here!!" Teddie calls, rushing through the automatic doors at the front of the inn, his hands waving above his head.
"Finally," Rise rolls her eyes, stepping towards him. "Where have you been?"
Chie comes rushing in behind, later followed by Yosuke, who... Well, who definitely got lugged with the baggage.
"Sorry," Chie sighs, panting a little from having to run after Teddie. "Teddie wanted to bring the entire room."
"How rude!" He scoffs, throwing his arms around. "I just wanted to pack what I would need overnight."
"They have built-in blow dryers, for crying out loud!" She screams, stomping her feet on the ground.
"I brought one anyway," Rise hums, tilting her head to the side. "I just can't live without it."
"Oh, yeah?" Chie huffs, looking back around to her. "I assume you also brought a games console, a beanbag and a whole new wardrobe with you?"
"...Not quite."
Yosuke comes in next. I rush over to help take some weight of his shoulders. He nods this thanks, but keeps a bit of a distance.
"Where are the others?" He asks Rise. I don't know why, when I'm right here.
"Yukiko-senpai is helping out a bit since they're short staffed," she explains. "And Kanji is... Uh..."
"Trying to get ahold of Naoto," I murmur. "He took Nanako to get some dinner."
"Naoto-kun's not here?" Chie frowns.
"He says he's busy," I shrug. "Tied up with work, I think."
"We all need a break once in a while," Yosuke murmurs, kicking the floor.
A small silence passes us by. I can't help but feel at fault.
"A-Anyway!" Rise stutters, clasping her hands together. "Let's go get some dinner! And then we can hit up the hot springs."
"Hot springs!?" Teddie practically beams, bouncing from foot to foot. "Really!?"
"Girls and guys will be separate, Ted," Yosuke sighs dramatically, throwing his head back in anguish.
"Aw," he huffs slightly before shaking it off. "Oh, well! We have Sensei on our side!" He flutters his lashes, moving closer to me.
"Knock it off with that crap," Yosuke hisses.
"Hey, what's the matter with you two?" Rise frowns, stepping in. "All this fighting over Senpai? He's so not interested in it all."
Poor Rise. She has no idea.
"Stay out of this," Yosuke snaps, his grip tightening on the handle of the suitcase.
"Don't talk to her like that," I frown, pushing away from Teddie.
I should know better than to play the opposing team, but, seriously. Rise doesn't deserve this.
"Yeah, seriously," Chie scoffs, crossing her arms. "What's the matter with you, Yosuke?"
His face reddens from the looks of things. He drops his backpack and lets go of the handle of the suitcase, letting it fall to the ground.
He storms over to the elevator with a huff, grimacing as he turns back around. "What room number are we?"
