Weather: Cloudy and Rainy

Mood: Enigmatic, a mix of melancholy and happiness

Morning Workout:
Today, I pushed myself physically and felt great afterward. I completed:

         >> 12 push-ups for 5 sets

         >> 100 bodyweight squats

         >> 100 curl-ups

         >> 15 inclined push-ups for 4 sets

Even though it was intense, I felt accomplished. My body responded well, and it was a strong start to the day.

Household Chores and Hobbies:
After the workout, I took care of some household tasks, which felt productive:

1.) Swept leaves outside the house. It was a quiet moment, almost meditative.

2.) Fed the dogs, their happy energy was contagious.

3.) Did the laundry – it's laundry day after all! There's something satisfying about the smell of clean clothes.

4.) Read a few Bible verses today:

 >> Jeremiah 29:11, reminding me of hope and God's plan for my life.

>> 2 Timothy 3:3-6, which reflects on challenges we face in the world today.

>> John 16:3-6, offering reassurance during times of doubt.

Activities of the Day:

>> Watched some of my favorite anime and TV series, including Gravity Falls. It felt good to immerse myself in these worlds for a while, a nice escape from reality.

>> Played video games around noon, which gave me a break and allowed me to unwind.

>> Took some time to rest and relax for about an hour, giving my mind and body some downtime.

>> Enjoyed reading a fanfiction action-adventure story. It sparked my imagination and brought some excitement to the day.

Self-Improvement:
I also spent time reading Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life. (Author's Notes: I would recommend this book) It got me thinking about the small joys and the deeper purpose we all seek. I reflected on how to bring more meaning into everyday life, aligning myself with the concept of finding "ikigai"—a reason for being.

Reflection:
Today felt like a mixture of highs and reflective moments. I experienced a balance between productivity, entertainment, and personal growth. The workout and chores grounded me, while the Bible verses and reading helped me think about bigger things, like purpose and resilience. My mood has been fluctuating, but there's an underlying sense of peace as the day comes to an end.
