Clint Barton POV

I woke up finding myself on the couch. Why was I sleeping here? I then realised that I was wearing yesterday's clothes. Ohh, I've must have drank too much yesterday during Cap's party. Realizing that Nat wasn't with me, I went to find Nat. I got off the couch and i smelled horrible ew. Anyways, I made my way to the bedroom and found Nat still asleep on the bed. I joined her as I crept to the bed and slept right next to her, feeling safe and warm with my angel, Natasha Romanoff.

Natasha Romanoff POV

"No!! It can't be true!! This isn't true!! It mustn't be!! It can't be happening !!"
I shouted and cried as the doctor had said that I was pregnant, with Steve's child. I froze for a moment and then started breaking down. What would Clint think of me? Would he leave me? I can't let him know. I don't even remember doing it with Steve. It can't be true. It must be a joke. Then, I saw a shadow coming towards me. I looked up, but everything was blurry due to the tears that were in my eyes. The shadow resembled Clint's.
Oh no. Does he know? What is he going to say?

Tears were in his eyes. His eyes were red and watery. He looked lifeless. "Nat. Wha...why?" He said with tears in his eyes as he passed me a piece of paper and walked away. My heart broke into a million pieces. I unfolded the paper and to my horror, I saw a close-up shot of me and Steve not very far apart. It looked as if I was leaning in to k..ki..ss him. I broke down again, but this time, I felt like there were no tears left. "I'm sorry, i'm sorry Clint." I said as tears started rolling down my cheeks again.

"Nat!! Natasha!! Whats wrong?" Clint looked confused as he shook me.
"What's wrong? Did you have a nightmare? You were apologizing. Are you okay?" He asked.

I was speechless when I realised that the dream was similar to yesterday's scenario and I froze for a while. Then, I hugged him tightly. I swore upon my life that I would never do that to Clint. Never. He knew that I didn't want to talk about it as I kept quiet when he asked me about it, so I just kept it to myself. I felt so lost and confused, why on Earth would I have such a weird dream? Dreams cannot be controlled, right? Why do dreams even happen anyway?

Clint Barton POV

What had happened to Nat just now?
She was frantically apologizing out of nowhere. It must be one of her nightmares, I guess. But this time, it was different. She looked as if she've been deep into her thoughts. I needed to be there for her, especially during a traumatizing situation like this.

I pulled Natasha to my side and laid her head on my shoulder and pulled her hair that was covering her beautiful green eyes. I was worried for her. I have to be by her side. I cant leave her and I never will.

"Hey Nat, I'll be here for you always, remember that. Feel free to tell me anything if you're comfortable with it, okay? I'll be listening." I then kissed her head.

A tear rolled down her cheek.
"Thanks Clint. I'll do so." She replied back, giving me a faint smile. I needed to help her, but what could I do?

Natasha Romanoff POV

Clint just comforted me just now, and I feel bad. Really bad. This cant continue. I have to stop myself from thinking about that stupid dream. I know of one thing that could do so. Train.

I rubbed away my tears and decided to go to the training room. "Hey Clint, I'll be in the training room, wanna join?" I asked.

"Yeah, yeah sure." I replied back.
We both got out of bed and headed to the training room. As she was walking ahead of me, I grabbed her hand and held it tight. She squeezed mine too as she let out a soft giggle. I smiled as I was blessed with an angel.

After an hour and a half of vigorous training, we both were sweating like mad. "Hey Nat, wanna watch PitchPerfect2 together?" I asked.

"Sure!! I'll get the drinks and popcorn!! See you in bed!!" She said, scooting off to the kitchen. I wished she was always as joyful and cheerful. I let out a sigh. Soon, she came in with the food and drinks and the show started playing. She crawled to the bed and seated next to me. I placed my arm around her as the show began.

She leaned back on me too. "Thanks Clint. For everything. For being mine.
I love you." She said, then kissing me. I smiled. "You're welcome, Nat." I said, feeling like the luckiest guy on Earth.
