Zhang Zhehan nodded in understanding. "This one can be fixed. Get yourself a good acting coach. It is never too late to admit shortcomings and seek help to rectify them. What's the next one?"
This time Gong Jun looked a bit embarassed. "It's harder to fix. You know that I used body doubles during <Word of Honor> because I am so horribly uncoordinated. I also used them for <Legend of An Le> . So people are starting to notice that the camera zooms in on me during simple movements, but not during the difficult parts. But what can I do about this? It's an industry known fact that I'm uncoordinated all my life, and I can't change it now!"

"That's not true, Junjun." Zhang Zhehan sighed and racked his brain on what to advice to give.
"Being uncoordinated is not an excuse. You have to work hard at it. For <Creation of the Gods> the actors were in a training camp for months, that's why the fight scenes were awesome."
Zhang Zhehan shook his head. "I have to be harsh here, Junjun, but a body double is taking the easy way out. I strongly suggest that for yout next period drama, you join the crew one or two months earlier and do the martial arts training with the rest of the stunt crew. The effects will show up nicely on screen, and you will have behind-the-scenes footage of your hard work to shut your detractors up."
"Two months earlier...." Gong Jun was aghast. The total time spent on set will be... five months? What about the rest of his work like photoshoots and brand events?
Zhang Zhehan was relentless. "Success does not come without sacrifice. Did you see the <Legend of Shen Li>? Zhao Liying is such a petite lady yet she plays a warrior deity. Did you see the footage of her training with a spear? She looked so fierce, it was awesome. Such dedication."
