I browsed through her ready pieces, and to be honest, they were absolutely breathtaking.
Each one had its own unique charm. There was a painting of a brain, with delicate flowers and green vines emerging from the crevices, as if nature itself was blossoming from thought.
Another caught my eye—dolphins, gracefully swimming through the air, surrounded by soft clouds with an orange sunset glowing in the background.
And there were more, each as captivating as the last.
I ended up selecting a few pieces, including those two, along with some from the booklet.
Rose, of course, wouldn’t stop until I chose more. I tried to limit my picks, knowing she’d be swamped with work and barely have time to herself.
But who was I kidding? Winning an argument with her was impossible, and I definitely wasn’t going to start today.
It was already evening by the time she wrapped up her work, and I waited for her. She kept insisting I should go, teasing me about neglecting my clients.

"Movie dekhogi?" I asked, trying to sound casual but practically begging in my mind for her to say yes.
"Tum lekar jaoge?" she asked, a teasing smile on her lips.
"Nahi, wo aunty dikh rahi hai? Wo lekar jayegi," I said, pointing toward a random woman as we stepped outside.
She rolled her eyes, and I grinned. "Of course, I’m taking you, Rose."
