Harry Potter:

You stood nervously in front of the Burrow, watching the chickens pecking the ground while you waited for Harry to catch up. The warm spring breeze tugged at your robes, and you could smell your mum's cooking wafting from the kitchen window. It felt surreal to finally be introducing Harry to your parents as your boyfriend, not just as Ron's best friend.

"Are you sure about this?" Harry asked, catching up to you, his green eyes filled with worry. He pushed his glasses up, looking both excited and anxious.

"Of course," you said, giving his hand a reassuring squeeze. "They already love you, but now they'll know you're not just Ron's mate."

You led Harry inside, where the familiar chaos of the Weasley household welcomed you. Fred and George were chasing Ginny around the living room, laughing hysterically. Your dad, Arthur, was fiddling with some Muggle contraption at the kitchen table, while your mum, Molly, was bustling around the kitchen, preparing lunch.

"Y/N! Harry!" your mum greeted, wiping her hands on her apron before coming over to hug you both. "It's so good to see you! You didn't tell us you were bringing Harry along for the break!"

You exchanged a glance with Harry, feeling your cheeks flush. "Actually, Mum, we wanted to talk to you and Dad. There's something we need to tell you."

Fred and George paused in their antics, exchanging a knowing look. They had been teasing you for weeks now, suspecting the truth about you and Harry. Ginny shot you a supportive smile, clearly in on the secret already.

Your dad looked up from the table, curious. "What's all this about then?"

You cleared your throat, suddenly feeling all eyes on you. "Well... Harry and I... we're dating."

There was a moment of silence before your mum's eyes softened, a warm smile spreading across her face. "Oh, Y/N, that's wonderful! I always knew you two were close."

"About time, if you ask me," Fred chimed in with a mischievous grin, nudging George. "Ron's going to love this."

Your dad stood up, clapping Harry on the shoulder. "Well, Harry, welcome to the family... officially, I suppose."

Harry smiled, looking both relieved and happy. "Thank you, Mr. Weasley."

"None of that, Harry. Call me Arthur," your dad said warmly.

Molly stepped forward, pulling Harry into a hug. "You've always been like another son to us, Harry. We're so happy for you both."

You felt the tension melt away as you looked around at your family, who were all beaming at the two of you. Even Fred and George were surprisingly supportive, though you knew the teasing wouldn't stop any time soon.

"Thanks, Mum, Dad," you said, feeling lighter now that the secret was out.

As you sat down for lunch, your mum fussing over you and Harry, you couldn't help but feel grateful for how easily your family had accepted everything. Harry, sitting beside you, looked happier than ever, the weight of the world momentarily lifted from his shoulders.

Spring break at the Burrow was going to be perfect.

Ron Weasley:

It's a chilly Christmas Eve, and the soft glow of twinkling lights illuminates your cozy home. You glance out the window, waiting for Ron to arrive. He had written to say he was nearly there, and you couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and nerves. Inviting Ron to meet your family was a big step, and although Oliver already knew about your relationship, you still weren't sure how your family would react to finally meeting him.
