Your pov
You hear throwing up coming from the bathroom but don't think much of it "fuck" you hear Levi groan and for some reason you are worried but choose to ignore it
About 10 minutes later you walk past the toilets again and you can still hear Levi throwing up so you go to Erwin to tell him 
You knock on the door "state your name and business" Erwin responds almost instantly "its y/n l/n sir..i think you should know something" you quickly answer and Erwin tells you too enter his office "well what is it cadet" Erwin says signing paperwork "um Levi's been throwing his guts up for the last 10 minutes sir..i just thought you might want to know" you anxiously play with your fingers whilst speaking 
"Thank you cadet you may leave now. I will sort it" you and Erwin leave the room parting ways and you go to your room
Erwins pov
Y/n seemed worried i hope Levi's okay..*knocks on the bathroom door* "Levi? Are you okay in there" i hear Levi groan saying he's fine and i enter the room seeing him look like absolute hell on the floor i kneel down next to him "why didn't you say you felt sick i wouldn't have asked you to cover shift Levi" god i am so worried about him he shows no concern for his own health
"Didn't know it was this bad" Levi responds weakly 
I sigh picking him up and carries him to his room "you get some rest okay" i see him nod and i leave to finish my paperwork
Your pov
I wonder if Levi is okay who am i kidding he's a dick what do i care..although if i go take him a tea it wouldn't mean i like him or anything yeah ill go do that
I make the tea and take it to him not bothering to knock "Oi invalid teas here" i hear him groan a thank you
"God you really are sick aren't you" he nods "you need anything else?" I ask and he shakes his head so i leave
