Teju was so nervous.......she was clutching his hands... tightly...
Karan - shh....kuch nahi ....hoga........sab theek hoga.... tujhe pata...hai...na...meine kya...bola hai.....
Teju nodded 
Km- baccha tum bilkul mat daro...hum sab tumhare saath hai ..na ..
Tm- tu toh...meri bahadur bacche hai ..na...i know you will return to me ..
Td- i know my princess will return to me...phir...hum baap beti milke....Teri mom se...badla lenge...
Teju chukuled and smiled weakly 
Kd- bass ek baar aap thik hoke aajao...phir....hum dono milke...Ishita nalayak ka jeena...haram karenge 
Teju giggled....
Poonam - you are very strong teju... I'm sure...you will win it...
All encouraged her....she was nervous also ..... praying somewhere to be everything to be ok...

. Teju (smiling softly, teasing):
"So, after this, I expect you to pamper me for at least a month. I've been through a lot, you know!"
Karan -A month? Try a lifetime, mrs.to be Kundrra..... You're going to be stuck with me, following your every command."
Tejasswi chuckles softly, though her eyes glisten with unshed tears. She knows the surgery is risky, but Karan's humor helps ease her fear.
Tejasswi (playful but emotional):
"You better not break that promise. I'll hold you to it!"
Karan (leaning closer, whispering):
"I'm not letting you go anywhere. You and I, we have a lifetime of adventures waiting for us."
Tejasswi bites her lip, her heart swelling with emotion as Karan kisses her forehead softly. The love and warmth between them are palpable. Their parents look on them with gentle smiles, knowing how much these moments mean.

Just then doctor entered room. .
Doctor (warmly):
"Tejasswi, are you ready? We'll be heading to the operation theatre soon."
Tejasswi takes a deep breath, nodding. She glances at Karan, her voice steady but soft.
Teju- (taking a deep breath) I'm ready, let's get it done!!
Karan (determined, holding her hand tighter):"I'll be right here when you wake up. Just remember,we all are with you..."
Doctor :"With that kind of motivation, you'll do great, Tejasswi."

Karan Started going from there....
Km- are kaha ja rahe ho sunny...
Karan - bhagwan ke pass.....unhon ne Hume milaya hai...aur woh humein alag nahi kar sakte...(Determined voice) Leave from there....
He reached at the temple ,He's always been strong for Tejasswi, but in this moment, he seeks divine intervention, hoping for a miracle
Karan stands before the deity, his hands folded, eyes closed. 
Karan (pleading, softly):
"I've never asked you for much, but today... today I'm begging you. Please, save her. Teju means everything to me. I can't lose her, not now... not ever."
