Mr. Aizawa was talking to the class as we were waiting for our trains. "Which agency did you pick, Hakamada? I chose gunhead!" Uraraka said excitedly from my side, I smiled at her, "I chose Sir Nighteye, sure Gang Orcha is a great option too but I figured Sir Nighteye could teach me more ya'know?"
She nodded, "I wish you luck!"
"You too, where's Iida? I haven't seen him around here lately..."
"Yeah, he's been off. I don't know where he is though," Uraraka sighed and I nodded with a small smile.
"Oh! That's my train, see you later, Uraraka!" We waved to each other as I boarded my train, sitting down and sighing as the train began to leave the station. I listened to music as I waited for my stop, it was about an hour away from UA so I had some time.
I stepped off the train and went to Nighteye's agency, my heart thumping as I took big deep breaths to contain myself. I walked into the agency, clutching the briefcase containing my hero costume. The receptionist looked up at me with a smile, "Hello, sweetie. What can I do for you?"
"I'm interning here, I'm Tadashi Hakamada," I say with a tiny smile, a bead of sweat falling from my forehead, he seemed slightly shocked before dialing numbers on his old-fashioned phone. "Yes, a girl named Tadashi Hakamada is here." He hummed and hung up, looking up at me with a smile, "His office is on the top floor, can't miss it," I thanked him and went to the elevator.
The elevator dinged as the doors opened, I stepped out and took a deep breath before walking down the hallway, knocking on the door quietly. I heard a deep and calm voice say 'Come in,' I opened the door and walked in.
Hesitantly, looking up to see three figures, pro-hero bubble girl, Sir Nighteye, and... MIRIO?! "No way! You're interning here Hakamada?!" He appeared in my face, I nodded smiling. He started shaking my shoulders furiously, "Hey, hey, are you sure you should be up and adem todayyyy? Are you okay enough too??"
"Mirio!" I stopped him from shaking my brain any further, and I chuckled, "Im fine. Don't worry about what happened," He had a poker face and tilted his head, "I dunno."
I sighed.
"You two know each other?!" I heard an excited voice say from behind Mirio, it was Bubble Girl, "Yep! She trains with us every other day!" Mirio said happily, I nodded in agreement.
"Then I suppose that will make things less awkward," Sir Nighteye stood from his chair, approaching me with a serious look, "I have to be honest, I was thinking you chose another agency to intern at. But I'm glad you chose mine, you will benefit of course."
I nodded, smiling slightly. Nighteye turned to Mirio and Bubble Girl, "Give us a moment?" They nodded and left, Mirio wishing me good luck and then leaving with a big smile, I turned back to him curiously. His tall and slim figure reminded me of Dad's. And his tamed hair...
Sir Nighteye walked back to his desk, holding up a stamp when he turned to face me. It was the stamp he would use to agree to intern with me, "Get this stamp from me. And then I'll intern you."
I looked down at the ground, "No rules?"
"No rules," He confirmed.
I took a few steps back, humming as I looked around the room and then back at him, I smiled and charged at him, but he swiftly dodged as I flung at him in an attempt to grab the stamp, 'I was right, he dodged to the left. Good.'
I forced my body to face him midair, the hand holding the stamp was in the air, I swished my hand, purposefully missing the stamp, a thread snatching it from his hand, I yelp as I smash against the shelf, falling onto my side clutching the stamp to my chest as I pant.
