As Karna approached the arena of kalapradarshana, the city was alight with anticipation. The grand arena, where the Pandavs and Kauravs were to showcase their skills, was a beacon of excitement. The air was thick with the scent of incense and the murmur of eager spectators. The royal family and esteemed guests had gathered, their whispers of expectations and hope swirling around the grand stage.Karna went to the highest pillar to see the might of the next generation of the Kuru family.

The Kalapradarshan had begun, and the Pandavs had indeed proven their mettle, each showcasing a mastery that seemed to surpass the last. Yudhishthir showed his mastery of bhala (spear), by fighting against 10 Kaurava brothers together (they had spear as their primary weapon).

Next Bheem entered the arena , tremor could be felt with his each step. As his opponent Suyodhana entered the arena with equal determination and strength, they started the fight against each other, each blow was not just for showcasing their strength, it was to showcase their superiority over each other. At long last it was declared a tie.

Next entered Nakul and Sahadev,  showing their mastery over their choice of weapons, sword and axe (parashu) respectively. Along with them entered sushasan ( also known as dushasana). All three of them engaged in a three way fight but similar to previous fight no one emerged victorious, it was also declared tie.

When it was turn to face Arjun, Suyodhana stepped forth, his chest puffed out in determination. The crowd gasped as he was a mace fighter and it was the belief that Arjuna is the best student of dronacharya and master of archery. As the fight started Suyodhana threw his mace, challenging the famed archer. Arjun's eyes never left Duryodhana, his gaze steady as he drew his bowstring, his muscles coiled like a spring. The air grew taut as the two princes locked eyes, each seeing in the other a reflection of their own fiery spirit.

The mace soared through the air, a silent testament to Suyodhana's strength, and Karna watched as Arjun's arrows flew in a blur, intercepting it with unerring precision. The impact sent a tremor through the ground, and the crowd roared. Arjuna fired his arrows and Suyodhana dodged them with his agility but at last Arjuna came up victorious. Yet, even as Arjun emerged victorious, the Kaurava prince had earned a newfound respect, and cheering of people was proof of that.

Suyodhana returned to his spot. Bharadwaj putra acharya guru dronacharya stepped forward and went to his favourite student, Arjuna.

"Pranipart gurudev" said Arjuna. Dronacharya replied with "ayushmaan bhava putra". Dronacharya in his ego as a great teacher and having overconfidence in Arjun's archery ability declared, "I, bharadwaj putra, Parashuram shishya Dronacharya, declare that Arjun is the greatest archer not only among kuru rashtra but also in whole aryavart, no one is equal to him in archery."

The crowd erupted in a deafening cheer. "Rajkumar Arjun ki jai!" echoed through the grand arena, the sound bouncing off the towering walls and reverberating through the city streets. The air was electric with excitement, and the very ground seemed to tremble under the weight of their adoration.

But amidst the din, a sudden silence fell as a new voice thundered "STOP". From the highest pillar of the arena, a figure leaped into the ring with the grace of a hawk. The crowd gasped as he soared through the air, a blur of color and light. It was Karna, his divine lineage and years of rigorous training under Parshuram's tutelage on full display.

As he landed, the dust kicked up by his feet settled around him, revealing the gleaming kudalas (earrings) that adorned his ears, the muscular physique, handsome face and sharp eyes. His eyes searched the crowd until they fell upon the proud faces of his adoptive parents, Adhirath and Radha, who watched him with a mix of fear and hope.

Karna, looking at Dronacharya and Arjun "Acharya, how can you declare a person who has just completed his gurukul as the best archer in the whole aryavart? Do you think that he can defeat bhagwan Parshuram? mahamahim Bhishma? Kul guru kripacharya?or even yourself.?  He might be a great archer but the best and the greatest archer is only one, Devo ke Dev Mahadev."

The crowd fell silent as the weight of his words sank in. Dronacharya's face grew red with embarrassment, his pupils dilating with anger. Arjun's confidence took a blow as he realized, how false the claim of dronacharya was.

Yet, amidst the tension, a pair of eyes in the royal balcony watched the scene unfold with a keen interest. Those eyes were unmistakable: one a piercing green, like the forest itself, the other a deep, earthy brown, a stark reminder of the divine spark that lay within the speaker. That figure had an impressed and curious gaze set on Karna.
