Chapter 10

                                    

                                          
AFTERNOON came and they decided to rest but Pond accompanied Phuwin to find some woods that he can use for sculpting. They only chose one wood because it would be hard for them to come down the mountain carrying it. After they found a wood they went back to the tent for a siesta. 
For their last night here in the woods, Joong, Pond and Dunk grilled some barbeque. While Phuwin and Fourth prepare the utensils and Gemini cooking the other foods. The dinner was filled with laughter and singing. After an hour of being outside the others went to their bed leaving Pond and Gemini at the campfire.
It was an awkward scene. 
Pond wanted to talk to him but he's afraid that he might ruin Gem's night. 
"Don't hurt my twin Pond" the boy suddenly opened a conversation that surprised him 
"Phuwin is the baby in our family. He is vulnerable and soft so don't hurt him or else you won't like what I can do" Pond nodded his head
He's thinking of saying this is Gemini's way of giving his permission and forgiving him. 
"I'll be a better man for him Gem" the boy nodded in response 
Gemini got up from his chair and tapped his shoulder before entering the tent. Tears fell from Pond's eyes. His decision to come here wasn't a mistake. He's proud of himself for doing it and facing his problem. Half an hour passed before he went inside the tent, he noticed that the light was still on but others were already sleeping except for Phuwin. 
"What took you so long? I'm so sleepy but you made me wait" Phu complained to him
Pond gulped before lying beside him. 
"Sorry, you should've waited for me" Phu rolled his eyes at him 
"I'm worried about you. Goodnight" he turned his back at him 
Pond turn of the light and stared at Phuwin's back with a smile. There are so many things that happened during his vacation here at the Phang-Nang, he's very thankful for the chance that he had and for his progress in pursuing Phuwin.
He gently pat Phuwin's arms to make him sleep. A second after the boy faced him and snuggled close to him. He puts the boy's head in his arm and caresses his hair.
"Goodnight and I love you beau" he whispered
Someone cleared his throat that it was Joong. Phu hid his face at his chest and put his one arm around Pond's body.
They're not yet in a relationship but they're too clingy. What more if they already had?
The morning came they just finished with their breakfast and started to pack all their things. Pond wore his backpack and carried the wood that Phuwin picked into his shoulder. Good thing that the wood is dried and not too heavy. They made a few rest before they reached the entrance of the mountain. They immediately rode a tricycle back to the beach.
Mae welcomed them with a huge smile knowing that his sons enjoyed their camping. They ate lunch and took a rest after. When the next day came they spent it swimming and enjoying the beach that Pond and Fourth did for the first time since they cake here. They were busy helping at the resto. Phuwin also took him to the plaza, it's just a small space with some seesaw, swings and slides.
The day finally came that he will leave the province, he nearly cried because he doesn't want to go yet. Phuwin gives him a warm embrace that he doesn't want to let go. During the flight he can't erase his sadness even until he landed in Bangkok. Tomorrow will be their first day for the new semester and Pond just wants it to end already.
He proceeded to his own condo since his brothers already allowed him to live back on his unit. His first week of school is very dull and boring, he spent his time chatting with Phuwin if the boy is not busy. They always video call each other and it's the only thing that keeps him out of boredom. His friends were sometimes inviting him to hang out but he declined because he was avoiding alcohol. He doesn't want to go back to his old self who's dependent on alcohol and other vices. He doesn't want to disappoint Phuwin and his family.
