Episode # 49:- (You'll Never Be a Burden)

Swara quietly slipped back into their room. Sebastian was still sound asleep, his breathing steady. She removed the hoodie and climbed under the covers, facing the window. Sleep refused to come to her, even though she desperately wanted it. Her nightmares always haunted her, stealing away any chance of rest. She didn't want to share her burden with Sebastian—he already had so much to deal with, and she didn't want to add more to his plate.

Tears welled up in her eyes, but she quickly wiped them away. Sebastian's strong arm wrapped around her waist, pulling her close to his chest. "What's wrong?" he asked in a sleepy voice, pressing a soft kiss on her neck. Swara sighed and turned to face him, her heart heavy.

Sebastian's eyes, still hazy from sleep, met hers. "I'm sorry," she whispered, her voice shaky as she buried her face into his chest. Tears began to spill freely as she sobbed quietly against him. "I feel like I'm becoming a burden to you. With everything that's happened these last few months, you've been suffering along with me. I'm so sorry," she cried softly.

Sebastian tightened his grip, cradling her protectively as he kissed the top of her head. He didn't say anything—he just held her, letting her release everything she'd been holding inside. He knew how much pain she had endured and understood that sometimes, words weren't enough.

As her sobs slowly quieted, he lifted her chin, brushing away the remnants of her tears. His gaze was intense, filled with a mix of love and longing. "You are not a burden, Rose," he whispered, his voice deep with emotion. "We face everything together, always."

Without giving her a chance to respond, his lips claimed hers, the kiss slow and passionate. He kissed her with the kind of intensity that made her forget everything else, pouring all his love and reassurance into it. Swara melted into him, her hands instinctively moving to his hair, pulling him closer as the kiss deepened.

Sebastian's hands roamed her back, pulling her even tighter against him, their bodies molding together as if they were one. He rolled them over, his lips never leaving hers, kissing her with a hunger that only seemed to grow. His hands caressed her body gently but firmly, igniting sparks of desire between them.

Swara moaned softly into the kiss, feeling the weight of the world lift as she lost herself in him. His lips trailed down to her neck, peppering her skin with kisses as he whispered, "You are everything to me, Rose. You'll never be a burden."

"I love you," Swara whispered.

"Love you too," Sebastian replied, kissing her forehead. He began to pull back, lying on his side, but Swara shifted above him, her eyes glinting with mischief.

"What happened?" Sebastian asked, curious as she paused.

"Remove your vest," she said, her voice low but playful. Without waiting for a response, she tugged it off him and tossed it aside. Sebastian blinked in surprise for a second, then chuckled, amused by her boldness.

She laid down on top of him, resting her head on his bare chest. But before settling, she playfully bit him on his chest, making him laugh again. "You little tease," he murmured, wrapping his arms tightly around her as she kissed the spot where she'd bitten and then rested her head on his heart.

For a moment, they enjoyed the closeness, the quiet intimacy between them. Then, Swara broke the silence, her voice soft as she spoke. "I met your brother earlier. I couldn't sleep, so I went to the garden," she murmured.

Sebastian didn't say anything immediately, just hummed in acknowledgment, his hand stroking her back gently. Swara lifted her head, resting her chin on his chest as she looked at him. "He looks exactly like you. Why are you angry with him? And why did you tell me that Mom couldn't able to conceive after you," she asked, her eyes searching his for an answer.
