As I was walking into the back part of the gym where the locker rooms were, I saw North and Monroe walking together so I let my mommas hand go and told her that she could go to the bleachers while I caught up with my girls.
"Monroe! North! Slow down!"
After they heard my voice, they stopped walking and turned around, Monroe instantly smiled when she saw me and we ran to hug eachother. After hugging Mon, I hugged North and all three of us held hands while walking to the locker rooms together.
Monroe and North are my bestfriends, we're literally a 3/3, nobody has ever gotten in between us especially boys, plus nobody is allowed to have a boyfriend, especially North. Her dad really has a way with his words sometimes, he low key scares me but I'm not gonna tell her that. Nijah never met her because he never cared to be around my girls like that, he's usually with our cousins or his friends from school. He's seen North and Monroe before but he doesn't remember their names nor does he stay around long enough to remember them.
Monroe and I met last year at a birthday party, it was really classy or whatever. I was bored the whole time and my mommy told me to go meet some of the kids and that's what I did, I'm surprised North wasn't there because her parents are classy, I think they are. But she is well known to a lot of people, unfortunately she didn't show up to the party but at least I met Monroe, she was the only one I'd talk to because I don't like being with large groups of people. Even when I'm with my other friends, I'll distance myself away from majority of them or they'll distance themselves if it's the boys because all they do is play rough, I mostly talk to Namiko, Reginae, Lovely, and Riot.
I met North when I went to some family dinner, turns out my mom knew her dad and their family was also having a dinner. I didn't care to talk to any of them because they were being really chaotic except her little cousin Stormi, she's really chill but I still didn't talk to her. I don't talk to strangers because my mommy said not to, even though she knew them I didn't and I wasn't about to converse with them unless I was told it was okay. Nobody told me it was but she walked up to me with some of her other friends and I wasn't gonna ignore her because that'd be rude of me so of course I spoke back. Turns out we have some things in common and that made us realize we could possibly be good friends. I'm glad we don't have the same personalities because I'm humble and she could be a bit too cocky at times but that doesn't make my love that I have for her go away.
"Helloooo?! Earth to your highness!" North waved her hand in my face and I blank a few times before stopping her hand. "What's up with you? You literally just zoned out for like 3 minutes while we were talking."
North calls me "your highness" because she says that i have the beauty of a Disney princess.
"Sorry Northie, I was just thinking about the game."
