RON'S POV
The bustling streets of Diagon Alley were alive with chatter, many witches and wizards holding copies of the Daily Prophet and discussing the latest news. Among the crowd, Ron Weasley walked with his family, a proud grin on his face as he clutched the freshly printed paper. The headline about Druella Black had caught everyone's attention.
Ron waved the paper at Fred and George, who were busy with their antics outside their shop. "Hey, look at this! They finally published the article about Druella moving up to our year!"
Fred glanced up, intrigued. "Blimey, she's skipping ahead, isn't she?"
Ron nodded eagerly. "Yeah, she used to be in Ginny's year, but now she's in ours. And let's be honest, she's one of the smartest in the class—besides Hermione, of course."
George smirked. "One of the smartest and probably one of the sassiest. Think she'd help us with our homework?"
Fred chuckled, nudging his brother. "Help us? She'd hex us before lifting a quill on our behalf."
Ron laughed. "Probably. But seriously, it's great to have her around. She's always been a good friend. Plus, we're all staying at The Leaky Cauldron together."
As if summoned by her name, Ginny stormed over, her face red with irritation. She snatched the paper from Ron's hands, glaring at it. "Seriously? Black is in the paper again?" Her voice dripped with disdain. "That so-called Slytherin Prodigy thinks she's better than everyone else! So perfect, always so talented... it's stupid!"
Ginny crumpled the paper in frustration, tossing it to the ground. Her anger seemed to grow with every word. "She used to be in my year, remember? Always sneaking around, being better than me in Potions. Snape adored her—thought she was perfect. And now she's in your year, Ron, probably making everyone's life miserable with her know-it-all attitude."
Fred and George exchanged amused glances, clearly entertained by Ginny's outburst. Ron frowned, trying to defend Druella. "Ginny, come on, you're being unfair. Druella's not like that. She's smart, talented, and she even helped Harry save you in the Chamber of Secrets. Have you forgotten that?"
Ginny scoffed, her temper unabated. "Save me? She was just looking for attention, like always! Everyone adores her because she's the heir to the Noble House of Black. It's not fair!"
Her pacing quickened, her voice rising with frustration. "She's always showing off—being so perfect, acting like she's above the rest of us. And that 'prodigy' act? Please. She's just a privileged brat hiding behind her smarts."
Ron opened his mouth to argue, but before he could, Molly Weasley appeared, her hands on her hips and her face stern. "Ginny Weasley, what's going on here?"
Ginny scowled, crossing her arms. "Black's in the paper again, Mum. And Ron's defending her, as usual."
Molly's expression hardened as she addressed her youngest daughter. "Ginny, enough. Druella is a bright, talented young witch who has made her own name, despite her family. She doesn't deserve your jealousy or this childish tantrum. Knock it off."
Ginny flushed, glaring at the ground as she muttered, "I'm not jealous, Mum. I just don't like her."
Molly shook her head, exasperated. "Whether you like her or not, that's no excuse for this behavior. Now, go on and cool down."
As Ginny stomped away, Fred leaned closer to Ron, a mischievous grin on his face. "Well, she's not wrong about Druella getting attention."
George nodded, smirking. "But we all know Ginny's just annoyed she can't keep up with Druella's flair."
