Life outside Ithcona has been more or less the same, except there were changes when it came to Japan and the formally known country of North Korea.

Over the months, the country was cleaned of all of the debris from the previous battle to save the world and now stood a perfectly normal looking city. Nezu was left in charge of monitoring it's reconstruction and added a few things the new country might need incase Izuku decided to let people live in it.

He had some help from his two top Support Course students, which were Mei Hatsume and Melissa Shield. They gave him suggestions and were handed some control of the reconstruction effort which yielded really amazing results.

(Reached image limit so image a skyline filled with futuristic buildings, not too futuristic but more on the modern side.)

The buildings had a futuristic touch to them but still held the modern look that many first world countries possessed, the streets were empty but would soon be filled with people.

The vacant country wasn't the only thing that improved, since the recent disappearance of Omni, their number one hero. Things haven't really changed much, crime was at a record breaking low which was quite literally 1% and most of it was handled by law enforcement instead of heroes because they were soon going to be obsolete.

Since Nezu become the chairman of the HPSC, he used his influence (and a lot of blackmail) to control all the heroes registered under Japan. He checked each of their backgrounds and had to fire a lot of people since almost all of them didn't have clean records, like Endeavor but that was a different matter. Some he kept but on a very tight leash so they know he still had his eyes on them, others were stripped of their hero licenses and were now living as regular civilians. Slowly but surely, Japan would stop worshiping heroes and actually evolve in higher beings.

He's also been working with the Prime minister to establish licenses to people who wish to use their quirks responsibly, the licenses would allow them to protect themselves or just to make everyday life easier. This was the original goal of the Meta Liberation Front but they were willing to use force instead of diplomacy and actually presenting their reasons to allow for people to use their quirks freely with limitations of course.

Other then that, Kamino Ward was completely rebuilt bigger and better then before it was destroyed, not only that but the rest of Japan has improved since Izuku basically owns the entire country and made it his goal to improve it. Poverty was at an all time low with discrimination nearly at zero but there were things that were happening in the shadows and this is where we find Spinner with his new suit.

The suit itself was made by Mei and Melissa, they thought he acted more like an underground hero, he might need to blend in with the shadows. The suit was made from an old design depicting a vigilante that went by Batman, he was an old hero during the era where quirks were just fantasies. It was black in color with a lot of armor plating that would protect him from almost anything but still allowed for flexibility and would stretch out whenever he transformed into his Crocodile form. It also had a cape that was completely element proof with a mask that had a built in HUD which would monitor his health and other essential functions.
