Heeseung rushed to Sunoo's hospital room. Sunoo was lying in bed, pretending to be unconscious, not wanting to face Heeseung. Heeseung stared at Sunoo for a while, tears welling in his eyes.

"Sunoo," Heeseung said softly.

Sunoo thought to himself, "Why is he doing this? He said he moved on," as he kept his eyes closed.

Heeseung was about to gently touch Sunoo's head when Sunghoon burst into the room. "What are you doing here?" Sunghoon yelled.

Sunoo frowned slightly, but no one noticed. Jake entered the room as well.

"Sunghoon, this is a hospital. Why are you yelling?" Jake said, looking between Sunghoon and Heeseung.

"Just leave, for god's sake," Sunghoon snapped.

"You don't get to tell me what to do," Heeseung yelled back. Just then, Mr. Kim stormed in.

"What the heck are you two doing here?" Mr. Kim shouted. "Why did you let them come in, son?" Mr. Kim asked Sunghoon.

"Uncle, please, just tell me how he is. That's all I want to know," Heeseung begged.

"He's still alive. Now get lost," Mr. Kim said coldly. Sunoo clenched his fists, but no one noticed.

"Sunghoon, please tell me what happened to him," Heeseung pleaded.

"After everything you've done, now you're acting like a baby? Ha, you orphan... taking everything from us and asking for mercy? If you had died that day, it would have been over," Sunghoon spat.

"Mr. Kim, don't say things like that," Jake said, unable to hold back.

Then Sunghoon noticed a tear fall from Sunoo's eye. "He's awake," Sunghoon thought and decided to take a chance. "Uncle, please... Heeseung Hyung loves Sunoo. He's fine, Heeseung Hyung. Don't worry," Sunghoon said, feigning concern. Heeseung frowned at Sunghoon's sudden change in attitude.

"Love... bullshit," Mr. Kim chuckled in frustration. "How can you say that? You're going to marry Sunoo. Don't let others come near him," Mr. Kim warned Sunghoon. Heeseung's world seemed to stop for a moment.

"He's going to marry Sunoo," Heeseung thought to himself.

"And you are never to come near my son or me again," Mr. Kim continued. "Soon I'll put you in your rightful place." With that, Mr. Kim stormed off. Jake held Heeseung, but Heeseung shook him off and glared at Sunghoon.

"I'm sorry, but we have no choice but to marry," Sunghoon said, pretending to be distressed. Sunoo couldn't believe Sunghoon's act. Heeseung, trembling slightly, breathed heavily. Without saying anything, he stormed out, and Sunghoon followed, grabbing his hand.

"What are you doing?" Heeseung yelled.

"Don't ever come near him," Sunghoon said. Realizing Sunghoon's act, Heeseung took a deep breath. "Just take care of your best friend. It's better for you," Sunghoon added with a smirk.

Jake approached them as well. Sunghoon looked at Jake and said, "Teach your friend what to do," before leaving.

Meanwhile, Sunoo broke down in tears after everyone had left. He couldn't stop sobbing, curling up in bed as the emotional weight overwhelmed him.

"Good morning, my brother-in-law," Jay said with a smirk as he looked at Sunoo. Sunghoon rolled his eyes. They were at a café for a couples' date.

"Morning," Sunoo replied with a forced smile, clearly annoyed.

"Where's the 'good' in that?" Jay asked Sunoo puzzled. "I'm just kidding. Anyway, how's everything? Sunghoon told me, but I have to know in person, right?" Jay chuckled. Sunoo resisted the urge to slap Jay.

"I'm fine," Sunoo said tersely.

"If you're done, can we order?" Sunghoon interrupted.

"Why the rush? Just wait; my girl is on her way," Jay said with a smirk. A few minutes later, Jay announced, "Oh, here she is." As everyone looked up, Sunoo's eyes widened.

"Kazuha," Sunoo mumbled.

"Meet my future wife, Miss Kazuha Nakamura. I think you know her, right, Sunoo?" Jay said as Kazuha sat beside him, looking down. Sunoo just nodded.

"She looks so sad," Sunoo thought, glancing at Sunghoon, who was glaring at his brother with intense anger.

"Baby, what do you want?" Jay asked Kazuha.

"Anything," she replied with a pained tone.

"Okay, I'll get that for you. What about you two?" Jay asked.

"Americano," Sunghoon said, glancing at Sunoo. Sunoo nodded. "Two Americanos," Sunghoon told Jay.

"Mr. Jay, may I use the restroom?" Kazuha asked politely.

"Sure, baby," Jay replied, heading to the cashier.

As soon as Jay and Kazuha left, Sunoo turned to Sunghoon. "What's going on? I thought your brother was already married."

"He was, but to two women. He's planning to divorce his second wife to marry Kazuha," Sunghoon explained.

"What?!" Sunoo exclaimed.

"He'll do anything for business. That's why Mr. Nakamura canceled everything between Heeseung and her," Sunghoon said with a disappointed tone.

Sunoo felt sympathy for Kazuha, despite the turmoil she had indirectly caused in his own life. "Sunghoon, I just remembered I have gastritis. Can you change my order?"

"Sure, I'll get a juice then," Sunghoon said. Sunoo nodded, and as Sunghoon left, Sunoo rushed to the restroom to find Kazuha, but she wasn't there. He spotted her on the café balcony, staring away. He approached her, but she turned to leave.

"Wait," Sunoo called out. "Can we talk for a minute?"

"About what? I don't want to," Kazuha said, her voice trembling. Sunoo noticed her unease.

"I understand your situation. You can talk to me," Sunoo said gently.

"Why? Are you just feeling sorry for me?" Kazuha asked, raising her voice.

"No, I'm in a similar situation now. They use us for their business needs, right?" Sunoo said, and Kazuha looked at him.

"I know. It's hard. I gave up, but after seeing you, I've changed my mind," Sunoo said with determination.

"What do you mean?"

"Let's get out of here, together. From this hell."

"Are you crazy? You think they won't find us?"

"I have a plan. All you need to do is say yes. I'll handle the rest," Sunoo assured her.

"Are you serious?" Kazuha asked, astonished.

"I'm not joking. Let's meet tomorrow. Here's my new number. Text me," Sunoo said, and Kazuha took down the number. Just then, JayHoon arrived.

"What are you doing here?" Jay asked with a frown.

"She was late and didn't seem well, so I went looking for her," Sunoo explained.

"Oh, baby, you're not feeling well? You should tell me. Are you okay?" Jay asked, his concern apparent.

"I just have a headache, that's all. I'm fine," Kazuha replied.
