CHAPTER 1

                                    

                                          

"Eomma!" Tae Ji called and hug her from her behind. Chae Yoon smile and look at him. "Good morning, my Tae Ji." She said. Tae Ji smile widely. "Who's my Eomma's first love?" He said. Chae Yoon cup his face with her two hands, "ofcourse you're my first love, my Tae ji..." She said and hug him. Tae Ji smile and kiss her on her cheeks. "Saranghaeyo, Eomma..." He whispered. Chae Yoon kiss him. "I love you too..." She said. 
Chae Yoon and Tae Ji eat their breakfast together with laughters and giggles. "Eomma... Can I go to school now?" He asked. Chae Yoon let out a small smile. "You want to go to school?" She asked. Tae Ji look at his feet and nodded. "But I don't want to go to school using a wheelchair. I want to walk and run in my school.O also want to play with ny classmates." He said. Chae Yoon look at him, she feel his pain but she still manage to smile for him. "That's why we should go and see your doctor today... So we can ask him if when you can walk." She said. Tae Ji smile. "Can I really walk?" He asked. Chae Yoon nodded and smile. "I will do everything for you, so you can walk." She said. Tae Ji smile and Chae Yoon pinch his nose. 
They heard a car horn outside. "Come on, your Auntie Sam Suk is here." Chae Yoon said. Chae Yoon carry him and seated him on his wheelchair and they went outside from their apartment building. 
"Auntie Sam Suk!" Tae Ji excitedly called. Sam suk wave and she immediately help Chae Yoon to carry Tae Ji inside the car. "How's our little Prince? Are you excited to see your doctor? Your Auntie Sam Suk also excited today." She said. "Yah!" Chae Yoon said. "Wae?" Sam Suk said. Tae Ji let out a little laughter.

Tae Gu keep his nonchalant attitude while having dinner with Kang Ji Min's family. He's with his father. His father and Ji Min's father are bestfriend and they got engaged because of their parents. However, Ji Min is really want him to be her husband but Tae Gu is only following his father and the company is important for him than anything else. 
"When will be the wedding?" Mr. Kang asked. Ji Min see his sudden change of mood. "Appa, let's not talk about it today, and beside I still don't want to get married right now." She said. Tae Gu look at her but he didn't speak. "How about you, Tae Gu?" He asked. Tae Gu drink his wine before he speak. "Just like her, I'm busy in our company. So getting married, is not on my plan right now." He said. 
"Are you sure you still have a plan to marry my daughter?" Mr. Kang said. Ji Min look at him and felt anxious. "Appa". She said. 
"It's a long time commitment so rest assured I will stick to it." He said. His phone ring and he take it. "Please excuse me, I'll just answer this call." He said and he stood up. 
"I'm sorry about his behavior today. He's so stress lately because of his work." Mr. Min said. "He must learn love my daughter before they get married. I don't want to be my daughter suffer because of it." He said. "Appa... Tae Gu is really not good on expressing his emotion please understand him." Ji Min said. 
Tae Gu put a cigarette on his mouth and lean on the wall. He went outside the building to breath some fresh air. He don't care about that marriage. He only want is to gain his father trust and forgiveness. 
His father blame him for what happened to his older brother, Tae hyun. 
Flashback
Seven years ago
"Drive faster, Tae Gu... I need to see someone." Tae Hyn said. Tae Gu fetch his brother from the airport and they heading towards to Daegu. "Yah! Is that someone is worthy to risk our life like this?" He said while driving. "You will know when we get there... But now please we need to make it." Tae Hyun said. 
Because of his speed he didn't notice that there's a truck coming on the other side of the intersection. The truck hit their car on Tae Hyun's side.
Tae Gu open his eyes and see his older brother is full of blood on his face. 
"Hyung..." He said. 
"Chae Yo-..." Tae Hyun said before he close his eyes and collapsed. 
End of flashback
Tae Gu look at the sky and throw his cigarette. "It's been seven years, Hyung.." He said.

"He needs to go an operation as soon as possible. So we can save and it's a high chance for him to walk again." The doctor said. "Can I know how much it will cost?" She asked. "Just prepared ten million won, Ms. Ha." The doctor said. "Ten million Won?" She said. 
Chae Yoon stop from her walk when she see Tae Ji is happily playing to his Auntie Sam Suk at the hallway. She let out a deep sigh and she hide herself to one corner. "Eotteoke... Where can I get that large amount of money? My savings is not enough." She cried and lean her head on the wall. 
She fix herself and approach the two. "Eomma!" Tae Ji said happily when he saw her. "What did he say? Did he told you that I can walk?" He asked. Sam Suk look at her. Chae Yoon bend on her knee, she smile and nodded. She hug him and close her eyes. 
"You can walk... I promise to you that I'll do everything just to give your wish, Tae Ji." She said. "You know how much I love you, right?" She said. 
Tae Ji feels a warm liquid dropping on his shoulder. He look at her and wipe her tears. "But why are you crying?" He asked.  Chae Yoon smile. "Because I'm happy. Finally, my Tae Ji will have a chance to run and play with his soon to be classmates." She said. 
Sam Suk look at them but she feel her worries. She tap her shoulder to tell her that she's always with her.

Tae Gu stop on his drive in one of the bus stop in Seoul. Hours passed by but he still there as he's waiting to someone. 
Flashback
Months ago
Tae Gu is waiting to Mr. Kim when the rain suddenly fall from the sky. He immediately see the waiting shed and he run over there. 
While waiting, there's a girl who caught his attention. She's wearing a skinny jeans and plain white vneck shirt. She get wet because of the rain that's why Tae Gu see her perfectly curved body. He gulped while looking at her. He also smell her flowery yet seductive scent. He look at her more when her eye smile appear as she answer her phone call. 
Tae Gu unknowingly smile as he stares at her smile. He couldn't take off his eyes from her and he didn't know why his heart skip on beating while looking at her. 
'This is the first time I feel this way...'In his mind. 
End of flashback
He smile when he recalled that night. He look again to the bus stop while hoping to see her again tonight.
