This is an au. I dont usually do theses since i dont like them but a few ideas have caught my attention so I'm going to try my hand in au's
Eddie is a divorced millionair. He hires buck to be a nanny for chris.

When maddie brought up the plan of running away from their abusive and toxic parents he wasn't sure it would work. 
They were both 18 and could legally leave but their mother would try to manipulate them to stay or their father would threaten to beat them if they didn't do as they were told. 
Over the next few weeks they talked more and more about their plan and started putting some of it into action. 
They knew they wanted to go to LA  so they found an apartment to rent together. Maddie found a job ad a nurse and buck wasn't sure what he wanted to do yet so he waited. 
They started slowly packing their things so nobody would notice. Honestly they didn't wanna take much.
They just wanted some clothes and a few choice items that they actually cared about. 
The night before theur escape they put their bags in the jeep hiding it. They hurry so their parents don't catch them.
They were scared that their plan would be found but they kept going refusing to back down now. 
They acted like nothing was out of the ordinary the rest of the night and the next morning. 
Once both parents were away to work or shopping they grabbed the cash they had hidden and left. 
Driving away felt exhilarating. Buck drove faster then he should have trying to get out of town. 
Once out of town they were started to get a little nervous. They were worried that their parents would go looking for them. 
They kept checking around them for the next 2 towns. Finally they are out of the state and can relax. 
On the way they talked about how excited they were to start their own lives away from the control of their parents. 
Moving to LA was excited but also terrifying. They didn't know what to expect. 
They came from a small town so the big city was a huge change. They would be on their own just the 2 of them. 
They were nervous but as they enter the big city the nerves fade away and are replaced with pure interest. 
They look at everything. How many buildings were there, the amount of people, the signs, colors and lights. 
Everything was new to them and it took them an extra 20 minutes to get to their apartment. 
When they arive they go to meet the landlords. They knock and a women answers.  
"Hello. May I help you?" She asks smiling and buck feels safe for some reason
"Yes we are looking for Ms and mr.nash grant?" Maddie answers and the women smiles brighter. 
"You've found the place. I'm assuming your the new tenants?" She ask and they nod
"I'm evan but I go by buck" Buck says and holds his hand out 
"Nice to meet you buck. My name is athena" she says shaking his hand. 
"My name is Maddie thank you for this" she says knowing they were lucky to find an apartment so quickly. 
"Of course. Come in my husband is just finishing a call" she says and the three walk inside
As they walk Buck and Maddie are looking at everything. Their mouths are wide open seeing how beautiful their home is.
