"Because everyone is here with someone and no one is paying attention to me, and Liya asked to hang out so." She said looking away from me.
"Oh," I said distastefully.
I know I made the choice to not do anything about my feelings with Kaylee but it still bothers me.
"Right oh, Liya is almost here so I'll see you later." She said getting up from where she was sitting, which caused me to do the same thing.
"right ok well I'll talk to you later," I said pulling her into a hug.
"Ok." She said dryly.
Kaylee said her goodbyes to everyone and then soon left.

KAYLEES POV
I lied through my teeth, Liya didn't come to pick me up, and I called an Uber to take me home.
I couldn't stomach seeing Capri's girlfriend touching all of her.
It was pissing me off.
I genuinely thought Capri liked me, but I guess not.
Why am I sad over a bitch that's not my bitch?
I got up changed my clothes and decided to spend time with my siblings.
We had a movie day in the living room eating snacks and making bracelets.
We watched Disney movies and other movies until our parents got home.
It was already late and Kayla was sleeping, me and Ariel took her to bed.
"What happened to you and Capri?" Ariel asked still snacking on chips.
"Nothing why?" I gave her a questioning look.
"Because you guys don't hang out anymore." She said now looking at me.
"Because she has a girlfriend now I guess I don't know," I said shrugging my shoulders.
"Right Me, Kayden, and Elija talked about it because we noticed how y'all act around each other." She said
"Right, what information did y'all collect?" I questioned with an amused look on my face.
"That you and Capri like each other," Ariel said all so casually.
I raised my eyebrows.
"Don't act dumb, 4th of July you guys were all on each other. Don't think I didn't see how close y'all were and you were standing between her legs." She said rolling her eyes.
