Yellow - Coldplay







Hanni sighs for the nth time this evening. She leans on her couch and looks at Hyein who is also looking at her back with a “I am so done with this shit” look. Both of them shift their gaze back on Minji who is sitting in front of them and talking about her so-called “investigation” very excitedly.


“And why would the killer take the coffee bag from the house? There must be a reason for that right?” Minji throws the question at Hanni and Hyein.


“Maybe they just liked the coffee brand or didn’t want to buy it with their own money or something” Hyein answers.


“Tch why would a murderer do that” Minji gets mad after hearing Hyein's silly answer.

“Does it really matter, Minji?” Hanni asks,being  annoyed.

“Of course it does it matter, it might be a big clue” Minji hits one of her hands with her other hand to make them understand that it's serious. 
“Listen dude, can we talk about it later? Like come on, I came back here after 8 years. Can’t we just talk about ourselves now?” Hanni sighs and takes a sip from her red bull.
“Oh yeah right. Sorry” Minji apologies and gets down on the ground from the couch to sit together with Hanni and Heyin.
“Sooooo tell us how much you are enjoying your ex hometown” Minji asks while taking some chips from the bowl in front of her.
“Hmmm honestly I always miss this countryside. City life is weird, chaotic, no life and just not my cup of tea” Hanni answers, leaning on the couch.

“Right, we know how much you love the forest, the beach, the chaos free environment which is impossible to find in the city. You are meant to be here with nature always” Hyein says, placing her head on Hanni’s shoulder.

“Absolutely right. But are you sure that you can stay here alone? Won’t you feel bored or something’ Minji asks while munching on chips.

“Nah I don’t think so. I am glad that I can finally live in a house alone without anyone specially my parents. They have made my life a living hell. I will be fine and in fact enjoy living alone” Hanni assures Minji. 

Minji and Hyein hums, getting assurance from Hanni.

“But if I get bored I can just go and annoy my neighbor girl who lives in the house which is on the left side of my house” Hanni laughs playfully.




Hearing this, Hyein gets up from leaning on Hanni and Minji fixes her sitting position. Both of them suspiciously stare at Hanni. Hanni gets dumbfounded by their sudden action. Why are they acting like this?




“What’s wrong guys?” Hanni asks confusedly.

“You just moved here and already got a crush?” Both of them ask at the same time.



Hanni’s jaw drops hearing this question. She is confused if she should laugh at their question or cry because why would they ask such a dumb question out of nowhere.



“Are you guys dumb? When did I say I have a crush on her?” Hanni raises her voice.

“I just said I can annoy that person. I didn't mean that I have a crush on her. Maybe i can try befriending her but no I do not have a crush on her” Hanni quickly defends herself.



But it doesn't stop Minji and Hyein from being suspicious. They keep staring at Hanni, narrowing their eyes.



“Yeah we don’t believe you” Hyein says.
