Chapter 3 - The Deal of a Lifetime

                                    

                                          
Location: The Cove Crew Hideout
No POV
As the night rolled by, Y/n and Lil_Jeffy were sleeping through the night with the Cove Crew that are sleeping peacefully after they filled their bellies with cooked Puffle as the Cove was once a place for parties, for surfing and for roasting Mallos (Marshmellows) on the fire. 
Now it's used for far sinister roasting as we soon see a strange shadowy figure that looked like another penguin was watching our two heroes sleeping with the Cove Crew before the shadowy figure fills the special backpack that is sitting next to Y/n with some very useful goodies and a loaded shotgun along with some extra ammo of shotgun shells store inside the backpack as Y/n slowly woke up after hearing the shadowy figure leave the area before stepped on a something that woke him up.
Y/n: (Quietly) Huh? What was that? Who's there? (Spots the shotgun next to his backpack) A shotgun? Who put that there? (Sighs quietly) Nevermind. It looks useful for me to use to defend myself. I better wake up Lil_Jeffy and get away from these sick bastards.
Then Y/n gently shook Lil_Jeffy awake as he is still sleeping after he was still knocked out during the cave-in as delve into Lil_Jeffy's dreams as he is enjoying pizza with Y/n in his Club Penguin form before he found himself trapped in a pizza box inside of a burning oven as he can see the Cannibal appear before the oven and grabbed Lil_Jeffy that became a pizza slice and as the Cannibal was about to take a bite out of Lil_Jeffy, he was soon woke up after Y/n, splashed his face with a water bottle to wake him up.
Lil_Jeffy was glad that it was all a dream and didn't get eaten alive by the Cannibal like a pizza slice as it seems that his high has finally worn off.
Y/n: (Quietly) Oh good. You're finally awake and sober too. Listen, Lil_Jeffy. We need to get out of here, these guys are eating Puffles as nourishment. 
Lil_Jeffy was shocked to hear that from Y/n as he witnessed the pile of dead Puffles that were being used as their only source of food as Lil_Jeffy is about to throw up at the sight of the dead Puffles.
Y/n: (Quietly) I know this is serious, but we'll get through this I promise. We just need to sneak out quietly and not make a sound, so we make out escape.
Lil_Jeffy nodded in agreement as he and Y/n quietly went out of the Cove Crew hideout and decided to find somewhere else to hide in. However, Lil_Jeffy stopped due to how hungry he is right now. Y/n frowned to see his friend starving to death as he searched around his new backpack for something that Lil_Jeffy to eat to keep his strength up and running. Then he found a wrapped-up Tuna-fish sandwich as he gave it to Lil_Jeffy to eat on, so he won't starve to death.
Y/n: I'm sorry that you're hungry right now, Lil_Jeffy and I know it's not pizza, but you gotta eat something to keep your strength up. I can't stand seeing you starve yourself to death, it just tears my heart out to see you like this right now.
Lil_Jeffy: :'(
Lil_Jeffy never seen Y/n act so worried and concerned for his own health as he gladly accepts the tuna-fish sandwich from Y/n and ate it all in one bite, feeling satisfied after eating that sandwich.
Y/n: I'm glad you got something in your stomach. I don't know who gave me these extra supplies or this shotgun, but I think someone might be looking out for us. But I think we might be able to get through this world together. 
Lil_Jeffy: :D
Y/n: That's the spirit, Lil_Jeffy. Just let me know if you need more of these sandwiches. I got tons of them from that other minecart I was riding in.
Lil_Jeffy: (Thumbs Up Emoji)
Y/n: Good to know. Let's be careful when we travel through this area. We'll never know who or what will face at this time of night.
