Lizzie wakes up to the bright sunshine coming in through the windows.  Shecan hear a lot of activity outside with nurses, cleaners walking toand fro down the corridor.  She can also hear the trolley bringing around the food for breakfast and lots of other hospital noises.
She looks over at the bed and she sees both Hope and Ava stirring,  Hope looks at her daughter and smiles  "Ava you're here? " she says.
"When did you get here?  I don't want you to see me like this"  she looks at Lizzie Slightly panicked.
" I-called Ava last night Hope,  I had to.  We didn't know how you were and she needed to know."
"Mom thank god you're ok,  I was so worried.  And please don't blame Lizzie,  I needed to be here with you."
Hope looks at Ava, she knows she's right.  She lifts her hand to Ava's cheek and rubs it soothingly .  It was clear her daughter was  deep with worry and it hurt her to her core.   "I'm sorry Ava but I'm fine,  just a little sore"
Lizzie knows she's being brave for Ava,  there's no way with her injuries she's fine.
But she understands.
"Goodmorning Mrs Mikaelson"  the tea lady greets with a lovely smile. "Can I get you some breakfast this morning,  a cup of coffee or tea?"
Hope is still feeling a little nauseous this morning  probably from the strong painkillers she was on so she declines.
"Can I get anyone else a tea or coffee."  as she looks at Lizzie andAva.
"No we're fine too, thankyou though"
As the.  tea lady walks out,  Doctor Machado walks in.  "Good Morning, I'm just finishing my shift and wanted to know how you are feeling this morning?"
"I'm good thanks, just a bit sore but really want to go home" she's trying to make herself sound  honest but her eyes give her away.
He looks at Lizzie and Ava,  would you mind popping outside so I can-examine Hope before I let her go home?
He examines her and decides that she's well enough to go home.  He invites Lizzie and ava back in, with a reassuring smile on his face.
"Ok I'll organise a nurse to come take out your lure and fit you into a-sling.  You'll need to wear that for a few weeks to give your collarbone a chance to heal.  I'll also prescribe you with some painkillers, you're going to be very sore,   just follow the instructions for when to take them and how often, now they are quite strong and they'll make you drowsy.  So don't even attempt driving, and rest.   Other than that if  you're feeling well enough to leave I'm happy for you to go.  I hope you feel better soon."
 "Just-one more thing,  you will need a lot of help for the next month or two,  have you got enough support at home to help you?"
Lizzie butt's in,  "Absolutely she has, she'll be staying with me,  between myself, my husband,  Ava and my parents she'll be well taken care of doctor"
Hope looks at Lizzie questioningly.  Lizzie just looks at her with a glare that tells Hope not to even bother arguing.
" Goodbye Mrs Mikaelson, please take care."  the doctor smiles and goes to leave.
"Thank you doctor." she says.
Shortly after the nurse comes in, takes out the lure,  and shows Hope how to use the sling and some tips of easy ways of dressing with only one good arm.   When she leaves Lizzie grabs all of Hope's clothes.
"Hope I'll help you into the bathroom and get you changed to go home."
Hope looks at her with a concerned look on her face.  What about our own home Landon will be furious."
