I found this map of Auradon online, and just assigned kingdoms. This will come in handy if you are one of those who needs reference.
This may be confusing so bear with me. You will see that some areas are ruled by DESCENDANTS rather than the legendary figures themselves. (For instance Jasmine/Aladdin are long dead. Sorry.) Let me explain. All those fairytale stories did not happen in the same generation. Some didn't even happen in the same century. I had to devise a timeline that made the most sense to me and helped move the plot along. All the villians were revived and trapped on the Isle, so they are all truly misplaced in time. A few stories follow the original tale more than the Disney edition. Again, sorry, I did what made the most sense.
MONARCHS AND THEIR REGIONS
[MERMAID] Ariel and Eric rule over Tirulia ... you already met Alec briefly who is Melody's son, making him Ariel's grandson.
[APPLE] Snow White and Florence rule the Summerlands, North Riding, and parts of East Riding (they have so much land in part due to the Evil Queen's takeover of smaller kingdoms during her bloody reign)
[GLASS SLIPPER] Charming/Cindy rule Verrelac
[ROSE] Beast/Adam & Belle rule the part of East Riding and they rule the central blue part called Auradon, even though it is all collectively known as Auradon... so this central blue part will be known as Francia, though it will sometimes be referred to as "Kingsland".
[LAMP] Descendants of Jasmine/Aladdin rule Lone Keep
[PRINCESS] Phillip and Aurora rule South Riding (this includes the pink part to the south)
[SNOWFLAKE] Descendents of Ana and Kristoff rule Winter's Keep from Arendelle
Hans's family still rules the little Southern Isles to this day
[FROG] Descendants of Navin and Tiana rule a small part of Apheliotia around Maldonia. Their tale would've been more true to the original telling, because it obviously didn't happen in 1920s New Orleans, USA, in this universe. The culture of Maldonia and the surrounding Bayou is very much reminiscent of voodoo and Mardi Gras style Gras style.
[ARCHER] Descendants of Robin Hood and Lady Marian rule Westerly
[FAIRY] Olympia and Apheliotia are dominantly just wild Faelands, ruled by King Oberon and Queen Titiana
The Wild Kingdom, though seen as part of Auradon, is not ruled by a recognized monarch as it is just a divided ecosystems of rainforest and jungles that belong to many animals and creatures... but there may be a certain ape man who actually is considered King of the Jungle. If Tarzan is introduced, it won't be for some time.

*** Ps you may notice that there is a Corona marked on the map. No, I did not forget about Rapunzel. She will be mentioned, don't worry. There is rhyme and reason to why. You'll have to read to find out.
