"mmm...five more minutes baby.." hyunjin murmured in his sleep while felix kept shaking his husband to wake him up.
"no. hyunjin get up." hearing his name hyunjin smiled and opened his eyes.
"as you say." He got up before going to the bathroom to prepare for the day while felix shook his head in distress. How to deal with him?...felix let out a long sigh realizing his own mistake of not showering first and waking up hyunjin instead.
As Hyunjin got out after showing, he landed his eyes on the boy who was playing with Bbokari and Ferret making them kiss. hyunjin laughed slightly which caused the younger to get startled and quickly hide the plushies behind him trying to pretend like he didn't do anything.
hyunjin walked over to felix and kissed him the same way felix was playing with the plushies. Hyunjin's hand on Felix's waist, and Hyunjin bending down to reach Felix and rubbing his waist. hyunjin let go while his hand was still on Felix's waist.
"go shower." hyunjin softly added.
"you act as if I wasn't the one who woke you up." felix rolled his eyes while hyunjin ruffled his hair.
"stop acting cute. I'm not gonna be able to take it"
"I did nothing though,"
"Exactly."
felix felt the heat rise up to his then his ears casting a deep shade of red. hyunjin took out one of his clothes and started changing while felix went to shower. hyunjin took out clothes for felix too before heading downstairs not to keep the others waiting.
"good morning!!" jisung greeted him with pure excitement. 'how does this boy get so much energy?'
"uh..good morning" hyunjin replied while the others smiled at his bewilderment.
"have a seat. where's felix?" Mr lee turned his head, scanning the room.
"oh, he's currently showering. he'll be done shortly." hyunjin walked towards the dining table and sat down while Mrs. Lee served him food.
"thank you." hyunjin smiled at them before digging in.
"by the way, hyunjin I found some solutions for you." minho looked at him.
"that's great." hyunjin replied while still seeming uncomfortable without his husband by his side.
"good morning guys!!!" felix rushed downstairs and sat on the chair next to hyunjin, earning a slight chuckle from his parents and a glare from jisung.
"hey! I'm supposed to be the sunshine." jisung protested.
"we're sunshine twins then"
"deal."
the others laughed at their childishness while hyunjin had his eyes filled with stars while looking at felix.
after their finished breakfast, the Sunshine twins decided to go out with Mr and Mrs lee while the other two decided to come join in a bit. after solving almost all their problems and looking at cases, minho noticed how hyunjin kept glancing at him.
"I know you love my brother but please don't keep looking at me to see if we have some similarities" minho rolled his eyes while hyunjin sighed.
"let's talk for a while. I'm going to be dead if we keep working like this"
"just say you want to talk about my brother. geez"
looking at Hyunjin's expressions minho really couldn't keep the disgusted face within him.
"hmm...I'm just bored"
"but really thank you."
"for?"
"making my brother embrace the side he wanted to hide."minho smiled slightly
"ok now I'm confused."
"Nothing much really. like I said yesterday he is sassy and was sassy too but people just love putting pressure on children like it's nothing. many officials said he had to get rid of the behavior if he ever wanted to be liked by the citizens of his own kingdom and he believed it. so he started being more kind and sweet but the thing is that he thought kindness meant being a people pleaser and I have a feeling you have something discovered" minho looked at him.
"oh..that explains a lot."
"all that you have to say?"
"don't really know what to say."
"k let's work." 
now the thing with them is that no matter how awkward their conversations are, their work flows freely, one of the reasons why they love to work together. As they settled back into their work, Hyunjin found himself stealing glances at Minho, who was focused on the documents spread out before him. There was something comforting about the way Minho worked—his brows furrowed in concentration, his fingers tapping rhythmically against the table. It reminded Hyunjin of Felix, who had a similar intensity when he was deep in thought.(bro's too whipped)
"Hey, do you think Felix is okay?" Hyunjin asked, breaking the silence that had settled between them.
Minho looked up, raising an eyebrow. "Why wouldn't he be? "
"Yeah, but... you know how you said those things I feel a bit concerned," Hyunjin admitted, his voice dropping slightly.
Minho leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms. "he's literally with his parents. chill. but in all honesty, You really care about him, don't you?"
"Of course I do. He's my husband," Hyunjin replied, a soft smile creeping onto his face. "But it's more than that. i just want him to be himself rather than someone he wants to be"
Minho nodded, his expression softening. "I get that. Sometimes it's hard for him to shake off the expectations. But even if I don't agree,you seem to be doing a good job at helping him be himself."
"Thanks, I hope so," Hyunjin said, his heart filling with gratitude. "It's just... I wish he could see how amazing he is without all the outside noise."
"Maybe you just need to remind him more often," Minho suggested, tapping a finger on the table thoughtfully. "Sometimes it takes someone just a small thing to make someone happy."
Hyunjin considered this, his mind drifting back to the way Felix lit up when he received compliments. "You're right. I should make it a point to tell him every day how much I appreciate him." this pabo...
"Good plan. And maybe throw in a surprise date night once in a while," Minho added with a smirk.
"Now you're just giving me ideas," Hyunjin chuckled, feeling a rush of excitement at the thought. "I'll have to plan something special."
Just then, the door swung open, and in walked Felix, his cheeks flushed from the cool breeze outside. "Did I miss anything?"
"Just some deep conversation about how much Hyunjin loves you," Minho teased, shooting Hyunjin a knowing glance.
Felix's eyes widened, and he turned to Hyunjin, a playful pout on his lips. "...well love you too but what were you talking about??"
"Well, how you're cute, but you're also so much more than that," Hyunjin replied, his voice sincere. He reached out, taking Felix's hand and squeezing it gently. "You're my partner, my support, and the light in my life. I love you for everything you are."
Felix's expression softened, and he leaned closer, resting his head on Hyunjin's shoulder. "You always know how to make me feel special."
Minho pretended to gag but couldn't hide his smile. "Alright, lovebirds, save some of that for later. We still have work to do."
Hyunjin chuckled, feeling a warmth spread through him. "Right, back to business."
felix decided to sit and help them with some work as today would be their last day in his kingdom. they came here for work anyway and was grateful that he got to spend some time with his family.they decided to spend their afternoon by going to a picnic and leaving at around 5 in the morning.
and that was how the day went.
