The capital city of the Re-Estize kingdom, E-Rantel, is a massive fortress city that is a hub for trade and travelers. It is home to the largest concentration of Adventurers, Merchants, and even certain specialized practitioners of alchemy and potion-making. E-Rantel is, in essence, the perfect place to start a new life and begin one's life as a seeker of adventure.
The people live within the safety of the city's multiple-ringed walls. Separating the city into several districts. The center of the city is the home of the royal Re-Estize family, and just outside of that is the central plaza, the city's hub for trade and commerce. The middlemost ring was the residential ring. Designed to house the population of the city. The outermost ring was the home to the city's military infrastructure; the Re-Estize entire military might stand ready to defeat any foe that dared to set their sights on the city, be they man or monster.
Eyeing the large raised metal gate that made up the main entrance to the city, the Breaker made his way into the city within a small crowd of villagers that he overheard had been forced from their homes by bandits who had torched their villages. He had also heard that these very same bandits were stopped by a man named Ainz Ooal Gown.
Breaker(mental): "Hmm. It looks like word spreads fast. It seems he's trying to draw attention or perhaps make a name for himself. But I can't be worrying about a two-bit guildie caster. If I'm going to get used to this world, I'll need to get familiar with how the NPCs here live."
Making his way into the residential district, he sees multiple adventurers, recognized by their sorry excuse for magical gear and power. Each one has what looks like small plates of varying metals on them, almost like badges.
Breaker(mental): "It looks like the adventurers use a ranking system. If I'm to get a lay of the land, becoming an adventurer will have to be the first place to start. I'll have to start at the bottom of the pecking order. *sigh* Great."
After a few of the adventurers provide the location of the Adventurer Guild Hall, the Breaker quickly finds the building where they all congregate.
When he enters the building, he is met with the sound of laughter and conversation between multiple parties of adventurers.
