Anna: Please, no. 
Jean: I'd like it if you could show Luffy around-
Anna: Please, pick someone else!
Jean: It's only until Beast comes back, just till the end of the day. And who knows, maybe you two will be friends.
Anna:...
Jean: I'll let you skip till lunch.
Anna:... Fine. I'll try. 
Jean: That's all I ask. 
Seeing as she had time now, Anna sat on the couch in Jean's office started doodling on her journal again. Before long lunch came around and Anna had to go find Luffy. Once in the lunch room, it didn't take long for Anna to find him. In the middle of the cafeteria was a pile of food and Luffy eating all of it, inhaling more like it. Taking a quick breath, Anna made her way over to him. 
Anna: Hey, Luffy, right?
Luffy: Huh? Oh hey, artist girl!!! Wanna eat? You're gonna have to get your own food though. I'm not sharing.
Anna: No, I'm good, Jean told me to show you around, so I'm here to do that. 
Luffy: Oh, cool, let me finish up then! 
Luffy proceeds to stretch his arms around the food and pull it all into his mouth. Anna felt disgusted by the sight but couldn't help but let out a chuckle by his comedically large stomach. Now that he ate all his food, he followed Anna around the school. 
She showed him around the basic areas like the track field, the pool, the garden, and even the roof, but it all seemed boring to him. At some point, he lost his gigantic stomach, which made Anna confused about his mutant abilities. Luffy was slouching over the roof, clearly bored by the school and its contents. Anna, remembering her promise to Jean, decided to try and befriend Luffy. 
Anna: So.... how did the X-men recruit you? 
Luffy: Huh, who are X-men? 
Anna: The X-men! The Mutants who brought you here. 
Luffy: Oh, Stormy and her friends! They're funny, especially the blue man. He wears his underwear outside his pants! Shi shi shi shi. 
Anna: Cyclops, you mean?
Luffy: WHAT?!?! HE'S A CYCLOPS!?!?!?!
Anna: What? No.... I don't think so. You know I've never seen his eyes, actually. He does wear glasses through, so probably not.
Luffy: That's so cool! 
Anna: Yeah, I guess. So how did they find you. 
Luffy: Oh yeah, Stormy found me while I was fighting this devil and big bear man! 
Anna: Devil? Bear man? 
Luffy: Yeah! They were pretty weak, though. I didn't even need to go second gear till they tried to team up on me. But Stormy found me, then they ran away. 
Anna: A devil and a bear man? Sounds like you fought some cosplayers. Also, what's second gear?
Luffy: Probably, they said something about Magenta wanting to see me or something like that. 
Anna: Magenta? These bad guy names are getting corny. 
Luffy: Ha, you're not wrong. 
Anna found it surprising that she was having a good time. She let her guard down for a moment and laughed with him.
Anna: So what happened to your chest. That scar looks pretty nasty. Was in one of your fights?
Luffy: Huh?
Looking down at his chest, he sees the large scar covering the entirety of his chest. He puts his hand over his chest and loses his smile. 
Luffy: I got thia scar because I was weak and let my brother die. 
Anna choked on her own spit with his bluntness. She felt bad, bringing bad memories like that would ruin anyone's mood. 
Luffy: But it's okay, I'm stronger now. It won't happen again. 
He smiles and laughs again, as if he didn't just drop some intense emotional baggage.
Anna: I'm sure your brother is proud of you. 
Luffy: Yeah..... I'm bored! What do you do for fun?!
Anna: Oh, uh, I mostly read or just hang around. We could go swim in the pool. 
Luffy: Nah, I can't swim. 
Anna: Oh.... um, we could try going to the mall, I guess. 
Luffy: Man, that's also boring! The food isn't even that good here either!!!! I'm leaving. 
Anna: What you can't just leave! Where will you even go?!
Luffy: I don't know, but staying here is boring!!! School is also boring!!! Nothing fun even happens in school!
Just then, a siren goes off, and every student moves away from the track field. Luffy meanwhile only got closer to the track field with Anna trying to drag him away, which she found a great struggle in. 
Anna: Luffy, back away!
Luffy did not back away. In fact, he got closer. The track field started opening up and out cane the same jet that Luffy wanted to drive yesterday. The jet began hovering higher and higher in the sky.
Luffy: WOAHHHHH, IT'S THE JET!!!!!
Anna: IT'S PROBABLY THE X-MEN, THEY'RE PROBABLY GOING ON A MISSION!!!! WE HAVE TO CLEAR THE AREA!!
Luffy: LET'S GO WITH THEM!!!
Anna: WHAT!!!! 
Luffy: YEAH, LET'S GO!!!
Luffy snaked his arm around Anna multiple times and held her tightly, so tight she couldn't move her arms to stop him. With his other arm, Luffy reached out and grabbed the wing of the jet just before it flew away. 
Anna: LUFFYYYYYYYyyyyyy–
Her voice grew distant almost immediately as the jet flew away at incredible speeds. The students, meanwhile, look at the sky, wondering if what they saw actually just happened. Then they just shrugged it off, nothing they could do about it anymore.
